Ordered 2 doz biscuits. Called ahead and spoke to the manager, who was rude, I it was about 330 4 o'clock and asked if they could be made fresh. Got them home and they were undercooked and had no herb butter on top. ???

Think they were short staffed. The Tea was cold, the Biscuits were hot.??. Linguine, Steaks, Shrimps and Baked potatoes were warm. Ordered Steaks cooked med, they were past well done. Waiter was nice ??.At the 13th St. location, Columbus.

Food was horrible. Had strong “frozen” flavor and generally didn’t taste fresh.Mens bathroom were filthy, absolutely filthy.I used to love Red Lobster. I’m not sure what’s happened to them as a company but it’s sad.

This was a very good experience from a place I never really go to when I’m hungry. I had the garlic linguini alfredo, cheddar bay biscuits, and the crispy Brussels sprouts. The meal was very delicious through and through. I will definitely order this particular meal again!

I love this place I come here often and the service is always excellent I have never had to wait for a seat ever. They have really good food the waitresses are great they always are on super nice. I recommend them anytime your looking for some good seafood.

This was the 1st time my husband and I been out to eat in 2years because of covid. I got to the restaurant first and ask the server if we could be seated away from others. First she talked to me very rude and said there was only two severs, so she sat me near two other couples. She did so because she said she didn't want to forget us. I asked another server if we could sit in the first ares where there was only one couple and he said yes. We waited for 30 minutes and no one came to even give us a menu. One guy cake and sat at the bar area where we was sitting and within 5 minutes he was given a menu. After that we got up and left because I felt the sever was being spiteful. I came here to eat because of the manager was really nice whenever she came to my job to deliver food. I can't say the same for the staff.Thanks for letting our 1st time out in years horrible.This is the location off 13th Street.

My family and I visited the restaurant on Sunday, March 27th. The restaurant was very busy and it was obvious to see that they were trying their very best to take care of everyone. We watched the employees and the manager serve tables, clean areas for people to sit and work their hardest. We were most impressed with the manager on duty that night Miranda. We watched her deal with quite a few unruly and unreasonable guests, that blamed her and the staff for things that obviously weren’t her or their fault. That woman really deserves a raise and a bonus. We will definitely be back again and I hope Miranda is working so I can personally let her know what a great job she’s doing.

Oh goodness! Where should I start... the service I will talk about first, it was impeccable and the bar tender was actually acting as a server for that afternoon and she was absolutely amazing! I wish service was like this all the time, she was fast, great and awesome! I enjoyed so much because of her service and we had a party of 13! Thank you! The food was hot and yummy ?, fresh and tasty! She kept fresh biscuits on the table and our drinks filled!

Had to wait 30 min for our drinks but the waitress was great. She was the only one on the floor at the time and she was swamped. She finally got help and they were nice and very apologetic about the slow service. They can't help it since they were the only ones working.

Seafood was good, Clean. Courteous staff. Some of seafood was tastless without the butter and seasonings. I suspect not wild caught as advertised in menu. I did eat with the butter! It is a chain restaurant so can't expect perfection on food. Was enough for 2 meals!
