The food is usually fresh and they have decent customer service, but they are usually out of peppers, strawberry for the lemonade, Cajun Sparkle and dipping sauces.
I placed an online order and checked the time I wanted to pick it up and I received a message that it'd be done a minute before the expected time. We were a few minutes late arriving and when it was my turn at the register, the employee asked when the chicken would be up, and she was told they were going to put it down NOW!!This was an order that should've been ready! So disappointed! Had to wait another 15 minutes or so...when we left, there were about 5 or 6 cars at the drive thru - wonder how long they had to wait!!!
Stayed away for a while because service was not to my satisfactory. Went three days ago and the same thing happened from months ago. Had to go back and the young man whom I believe was the manager was pleasing and made up for the mishap.
Customer Service was very terrible, I asked the lady for a mashed potato without gravy. She had a attitude the whole time when she rushed my order. Then saying it was my fault when it was hers. Definitely need new a whole new crew. Because service is terrible.
Okay we get to the window and the girls at the window has attitudes.As my family and I were waiting for our food for 5-10 mins even when the drive thru was empty, we order 2 apple pies and soon as we have received the apple pies she told us to “have a good day” like w have not gotten our food yet.Moments later I get home and the popcorn shrimp I have ordered were over cooked just like the fries.Only thing good I have gotten was the strawberry lemonade. The worst Popeyes I have ever been too!
Customer Service is Atrocious at the drive-thru window. The young lady got my order wrong, then sucked her teeth and stomped her feet when I didn't just accept the mistake. She represented herself as every negative stereotype concerning substandard Customer service.
Went through the drive thru and placed my order. 3 different meals all on 1 order. All 3 orders are missing something. The 3 pcs all white was actually 2 pcs white and a thigh. No redbeans and rice. Paid for it but didn't receive it. 3 wing meal w/ mac and cheese was cold. Tried to call they don't answer the phone and you cant even leave a message. Never go here again
For this to be a new Popeyes, they certainly suck!! They make you wait forever in line and then when you get to the window, the customer service sucks!! I’ve given them 3 chances. 3 strikes and you’re out, I won’t ever go to this restaurant again and they’re less than 10 minutes away from me. I rather drive further for better service. Get it together!!!!!
Lazy, unprofessional employees who serve horrible attitude and NASTY OLD FOOD. The Cajun mashed potatoes was so water down it didn’t take like anything!
Drive thru delay for ordering. Drive thru employee was unattentive. Informed me of no honey mustard for chicken tenders after hanging me the bag. I wouldhave not accepted the bag if she had informed me that there was no hone mustard sauce. No napkins or utensil in bag. How was I suppose to eat the mac and cheese? I guess with my hands of acourse.
