This was not a good visit, the chicken sandwich machine was not working the night I went. You will have up and down visits at this restaurant, especially if the young people are preparing it. Do not expect the service to beg good if the young people are there. The appearance of the restaurant us very nice on the outside. I would recommend going into the situation of eating from here not expecting much, and you may be surprised or disappointed. We all love Popeye's, but sometimes it does not deliver.

I went and ordered two five piece tender meals and a shrimp meal, with red beans as the sides. When I got home and opened my meal, the red beans were clearly just thrown in the bag and the biscuit was so burnt on one of the meals it wasn't even edible. Will likely not visit this location again.

Well, I was so excited to get a new Popeyes close to me. The food I got was decent. The shrimp looks nothing like the picture, but that’s to be expected in a fast food joint. The reason they got 2 stars was because they left out food in our order. The dasher said he asked them to be sure all the food was there. She gave him an attitude and didn’t check. I guess I should have read the reviews. It seems to be an ongoing problem there!! Get it together and your attitude straight!

Slightly cleaner than the average fast food. The spicy chicken sandwich was pretty good and above par for most restaurants of this type. The service was about as you would expect and definitely no Chick-fil-A. I usually give three stars to any good fast food restaurant so this was a decent experience.

Food was delicious! Service was great and is always great when manager Ms.Alana is on duty! Her sense of urgency and order accuracy is amazing. We ordered blackened tenders and had to wait about 20 minutes for 5 tenders which apparently was too long, but she corrected the cooks, and got us our order and even though we declined threw in 2 apple pies. When she is not there we do not get treated like guests should be but she makes up for the few bad apples there. Keep up the good work!- Alonzo Surzy

Pro: food is consistently very good. Con: Service can use some work. Just spent 25 minutes in the drive-thru. It wasn’t overrun, so not sure what the issue was. I understand there are staff shortages, but courtesy is quick, and attention to detail isn’t hard. If it takes that long, acknowledge the inconvenience. When you fill my order please pay attention. Messed up the drink, put a cup of red beans and rice in upside down in the bag, no fork to eat what was left anyway.

I love Popeyes, every now and again I go to the location off of Manchester and River Road to pick up a mobile order placed In the app. To this day my experience at that restaurant has been 100% without issue. I was excited about this location being closer to my side of town, and Tried it about a month after opening. They didn’t have my mobile order even though they showed me the ticket, and I showed them where my card was already charged- and staff refused to do anything about the issue. They told me I could place ANOTHER order after already waiting 25 minutes in line- so I left empty-handed. Came back 6 months later hoping they worked out the kinks, and again they couldn’t find the order. I hope they can figure it out but if I return it will not be for a long time.

Every time I go to this specific Popeyes their ATTITUDES ARE HORRIBLE. Every single time. Whoever y’all had in the drive thru WINDOW on JANUARY 14, 2022 her attitude is horrible and I will be calling corporate. Not only did she have a attitude but when I asked her did the kids meal come with a drink she RUDELY said APPLE JUICE and shut the window in my face. Still leaving my apple juice out my order ANYWAY. I hate seeing good businesses tarnished by horrible customer service.

An hour wait for fast food?!?!? I have been to this location multiple times and each time it’s something. I either get the wrong food or the line takes forever. Their food is delicious, but the service is horrendous. If I could give zero stars I would.

Communication is key! This location lacked the most basic communication necessary to operate. The blame should be placed on management (including GM and AM) and up the chain. The employees were saying absolutely nothing to each other during one of the busiest times of the day. How does the front line (which was all management) expect the kitchen to know they are out of pies? Yet take the last 2 and still never say a word to the kitchen staff!! There was absolutely no team work or cohesion. Just blame and silence. Whatever franchise this is, should consider investing in their employees. Additional training and educational resources is not going to deplete your bottom dollar. Fast food service can be done better than this.
