Long wait, even though it was only one car ahead of us. Told them specifically, 1 breast, 1 wing, & 3 legs. Pulled up to check order, food was hot & fresh, but not what we ordered. Dining room was locked, had to get back in line. The lady at the window told me all they had was thighs. We would have to wait 15 minutes to correct our order. Had just driven 9hrs, then 5 more to go, wasn't about to wait any longer. Food & money wasted!
The last three times I have been there, I have been told a different price from what I was told when ordering and the price goes up when I get to pay. And I am always told to pull off and have to wait ten or fifteen minutes to get my food. And they don't get the order right!
They actually deserve something much worse.They need to apply else where because customer service is not their best ability.Just close the store….
Popeyes is good but this particular store is so bad. Just about everytime I go they mess up my order. I ask for large side I get regular and don’t realize until I get all the way home. I need to just start holding up the line and checking for everything because this happens too much. Guess I’ll eat this chicken with neither of the two dipping sauces I asked for. Smfh
Totally inept employees. They take your order at drive thru and make you sit in the parking lot until your order comes 20 minutes later with no drink, silverware or sauce. They then have the nerve to talk back when you tell them it's wrong. Pandemic should have closed this one forever. #neveragain
At first there was a problem and staff showed great customer service. My order was fixed and my food tasted hot and fresh.
They suck! So slow never have nothing and what they do have isn’t fresh. Don’t go through the drive through you never get what you ordered. The staff have no verbal skills. I don’t know what they are saying. They get a attitude if you call them out and say something about the food you just payed them for.
I almost can't believe what just happened. Almost no food for 11.32. The shallow cup of beans n rice is more than half the size of the box. Just wow
Too much fried and greasy food for us. Had never been to one and probably will not ever go again. One classic chicken sandwich combo and one spicy chicken sandwich= $15.13. Charged .40 for coke. ? Person taking the order not exactly friendly.
Was not to happy w our order I got more mayo on my chicken sandwich then the chicken. And our shrimp basket for $10 wouldn't even feed my child was not impress will not be going back.
