customer service is trash, it’s teenagers in there that are rude and they messed up my order a few times before i left then got home and tried to eat my spicy chicken sandwich and the bread was hard as a brick.. just made me so irritated
The customer service is the worst I have ever seen. When we drove up to the window the young lady had the worst look on her face (as if she wanted to tell us what she was really thinking) so I wanted to immediately drive off but my husband was driving. She quoted a price of $6 and change for a 2pc dinner with a breast with a coupon. When we get to the window she told us $9 and change. Long story short we left wolothout chicken ( not the end of the world). My point is I could not let that incident go by without bringing this kind of bad behavior to the light. Andthe manager was no help. We have 2 other stores, I will go the extra miles and do all I can never to return to that store. Even if I sweep the streets for a living, I want to be the best street sweeper I can be. Doesn't matter the job, its honest work do it well.
I tried to customize my order and couldn't. I asked the lady if she'd give me dark meat only and she said no. Dark meat is cheaper than white meat. Your own employees don't care about saving Popeyes money. I don't understand why I couldn't have just dark meat when it's cheaper. I will never order on this app again. The 1st time I ordered on the app in Mountain Home Arkansas they didn't give me the correct sides and wanted to sell me the side that I already paid for. Wow. Thanks again. Never order from the app because you get what they you and if its wrong they try to sell you what you already ordered at an additional charges. I'll bet if I was black she would have done whatever I wanted. Racist????
I ordered inside. Atleast 7 people behind the counter, only 2 wearing gloves. The chicken tasted and looked old. The biscuit was hard and they forget my apple pie. ONE GIRL WAS BAGGING AND BOXING FOOD WHILE STUFFING SOME IN HER MOUTH! And no, she wasn't wearing gloves.
The lady at windows tells me it would be 30 minutes before she could take my order, because she was short staff. What happened to multi tasking. She could have taken all 5 people in drive through order the fried the chicken. I just didn't understand. Hell I would've helped her.
Horrid staff. The lady who preps the food physically was arguing with me through the window because I forgot to say no mayo, It was my fault, I didn't know it came with pickles and mayo and I politely said no pickles at the window which she was mean at as well from when I pulled up, and when I checked the sandwiche I apologized several times and said it was my fault she continues to loudly yell at me for not saying it correctly when I ordered and how she wasn't gonna do it today. I won't come back and I'll join in the others telling them not to come. For what I paid it wasn't worth it and I have been told SEVERAL times not to come to thisto this one because of her. Id love to talk to a GM or someone who is above her. she's ruining your location.
This is one of the worst in columbus.... they have no sense of urgency... they tell ppl to park so they can bring their food only for the customer to get impatient and come in to get their food after waiting 20 min when the parking lot was empty... one girl was on the phone on drive through moving extra slow taking my order. Honestly it is laziness
Went inside to place an order, their were customers their before me. I waited 15 minutes before anyone took my order. The employees were standing around talking and playing. One guy was sweeping the floor, while another one was taking up chicken. I was like really who do that. Very Very nasty attitude like they didn't even care. The fountain machine, every drink was flat, I had a bad experience. And I received my food in 1hr, the manager very nasty, laughing, playing with the employees. I will never and I mean never purchase anything at Popeyes on Wynnton Rd again.
On Tuesday, there is a $1.99 2-piece dark special. Thank goodness I was not there for that because they did not have chicken! 18 min wait?! I got the $6 big box 2 pieces of chicken(white & dark pieces) 2 sides and a biscuit. They didn't have dark meat substituted dark for all wings! GREAT if you're a wing lover. But what about feathers?... I mean, FULL feathers. It's not the 1st time this has happened; it's just the last time.
Not sure why it's so hard to get orders correct or receive chicken that is cooked or fries are hot when you always have to wait. Not again, this has happened far too many times ??
