We walked here for dinner expecting to just grab food and go. We got here and decided to dine in. Chaka was super friendly, helped us with the kiosk, and gave great customer service. We were able to sample a couple different flavors of hummus. We had a bowl and a street pita with grilled veggies. The food was good, but the customer service was great.
Went there for lunch. Despite the sign telling us to order at the register, the employee (who was doing nothing else) told us we had to order at the electronic kiosk. It was an unnecessarily tedious and impersonal way to order. We stopped halfway and decided to leave and go downtown to Simple Greek, where we were treated very well by an actual human who filled our order. Too bad, because Mediterranean Pita is in our neighborhood, but we won't ever go back and try it again.

Food is always good, the service is always great, the cooks and cashiers are always so sweet. And they have gluten free options!Also imo the best hummus in town.
Food was great! We ordered steak shawarma and gyro salad. Fries are scrumptious. Will definitely come back to try other food. Place could use a bit more clean up then it would definitely be 5 star.
I come here often for lunch and I have tried everything on the menu just about. The food never disappoints nor does the staff. Chaka is always on it and friendly. The service is quick, foods always fresh and the restaurant is always clean. Couldn’t ask for a better spot.
Bre and her staff on January 25 had the best customer service! They helped customized a vegetarian dish to my liking and the taste was more than satisfactory! Thank you ladies!
I hadn't been to Pita in a minute. Today I just had a taste for a pita so I visit the Macon Rd location. What a awesome group ladies Melissa the manager is so nice and polite and awesome.
Customer service was pleasant, order was ready quicker than expected. The only thing I had a problem with was chewing on cartilage while eating the chicken shawarma bowl.
