These people refuse to answer their phones and when they do they’re extremely rude. Terrible customer service
It was okay. I made a mistake and didn't get a discount but it was on me not them. The food was good though.

I mistakenly ordered online from the wrong Papa John’s location. I always order from the drive-thru location because I walk with a walker. When going to a drive-thru, I leave my walker at home beside where I park my car so it is waiting for me when I return. When I realized I had ordered from the wrong location, I called the correct location (Veterans Parkway) and explained the problem. They were quick to offer to bring my pizza to my car if I called them back on my arrival. The gentleman that did so was very kind and didn’t even want to take the couple of dollars I had in cash as a tip. I had to insist. I really appreciate the kindness shown for my mistake. I will be using this location more often for delivery and pick up when I have someone that can go inside. Thank you for going above and beyond good customer service!
Missed up on my order, hung up on me twice the manager was rude and so was a corporate Manger that was there by the name Ray. Plus their employees that wants to talk about the customer they need to make sure they have it on hold and not for the customers to hear them. I will take my business some where else.
PAPA JOHN'S ONLINE SERVICES IS HORRIBLE. PAPA JOHNS CHARGED MY CARD, TOLD ME THE TRANSACTION WAS PENDING WHEN CLEARLY MY MONEY HAD BEEN TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNT THEN REFUSED TO MAKE MY ORDER THEN TOLD ME IT WOULD 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE MY MONEY WOULD BE RETURED. I WON'T BE ORDERING NOTHING ELSE ONLINE FROM THEM AGAIN. I FEEL THAT IF PAPA JOHNS CAN MAKE A MISTAKE AND TAKE MY MONEY IN 2 SECONDS Y'ALL SHOULD BE ABLE TO RETURN MY MONEY JUST AS FAST!
William was a joy, he made the experience while delivering our pizza so much better than anyone else.
Don't offer on delivery sites if you just cancel every time. Weak.
Horrible. Ordered pizza November 4th. I don't know what tf y'all did to it. But it has all of us nauseated. Gross.
