As far as the food goes. It's always really good and fresh. Where this Panda Express shines is their customer service. Cameron is by far the nicest and most personable drive thru employee I've ever met. Definitely gives that Chick Fil A professionalism. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Great service, very nice employees. Tonight I visited about 1/2 hour before they closed. There were a couple very indecisive people who were upset because there wasn’t any white rice left - but seriously, 1/2 hour before they closed. I could tell the employees were a little frustrated but they were still very pleasant to everyone. I ordered some cream cheese Rangoon and chow Mein. Everything taste great.

Broccoli Beef tasted bad today, kid refused to eat it and he usually likes it. I tasted it and it was rotten tasting and they won’t answer the phone during business hours 645pm on. Frialso they left off 2x apple crisps.
Poor customer service. Was waited in line for 20 mins before anyone took our orders. Then the young lady told us eight minutes before honey chicken is ready and now waiting 15 and they just decided to drop the chicken. No apologies nor anything. Just poor customer service. The manager acts as if he doesn’t care about his customers. .when I asked him he dated, “just three minutes” and walked off..
I stopped by at 11:01 am, one minute after opening. I ordered a bowl with white rice, was advised there would be a 30 minute wait on rice. Management needs to do a better job of preparing for opening. It is unacceptable to turn down customers at the opening of the business day.
I’ve looked through all the previous bad reviews and wow I’m surprised. I’ve been coming here for years and never had one bad experience. I always order the plate with the honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, fried rice, and cream cheese rangoons with sweet and sour sauce. The rice was hard like it wasn’t fresh and scared from the bottom of the pan but everything else was great. The hard rice is my only reasoning for the 4 star. The orange chicken is so freaking good, the zesty flavoring is a must have. It’s so sweet and delectable. The same can be said for the honey walnut shrimp. I hate nuts but I love them in this lol! Above all else, it’s a decent eatery
We ordered 3 different meals. We were quite surprised. The food was every bit as good or better than any of the other oriental restaurants. The portions were very large. The flavors were spot on and we were very pleased and will definitely be ordering again.
The online survey to get a free never works. Check your rice, sometimes they give out old rice. If you send it back they'll give you fresh rice.Overall the food is good
Spent almost $50 and could only eat maybe $5 worth of food if that. It was horrible. The only thing I could ear was some of the rice. The noodles chow mein was completely dry, the beef and broccoli was nothing but a box of broccoli had a few pieces of meat. The other beef dish was completely hard chewy meat like way over cooked. The sesame chicken was ok not great either. Egg rolls had a strong like chemical taste left bad taste in mouth couldn't eat at all and the cream cheese Rangoon just horrible. No sauces or condiments were given. Upsetting to wait hour for delivery and food is that bad delivered around 930pm. So definitely couldn't return.
