Blooming onion overdone. Steak not cooked even after it was sent back.
I came in on a Monday with fairly low expectations but this staff was fantastic. My girlfriend and I had a tremendous experience from start to finish. Food was excellent, the old fashioned I got was outstanding. The steaks were juicy and cooked properly. Highly recommend this stop especially if you get Leslie as a waitress.
I make better steak at home....1. From the time we ordered til the food came out = almost 1 hour. I usually won't complain especially if it's busy, but we came pretty early on a Thursday night. It was NOT crowded.2. While the waitress was friendly, I can't tell if she was new or faking being friendly. Bread wasn't served til we asked for it. And we only asked for it cause the food was taking so dang long to come out. I thought bread was an automatic thing at these steak restaurant - not to have to be asked for.3. The main reason for the low rating: the food. I am not sure why it took so long for the food to come out when it wasn't crowded but I can tell our food was sitting out for longer than necessary. The steaks wasn't hot anymore. And the taste was borderline nasty. And thrashed potato was dry and cold and hard. It was like my entire dinner was put together by a culinary student in school.I guess I will be going back to longhorn down the street.
Katie was our waitress and she did an awesome job! Ver very attentive In making sure we did not need anything! She seems like she was happy to be at work and had the most beautiful smile while serving us!
Fantastic dinner/date night at the new and improved Outback location. All of the staff was wonderful to us. Food was excellent. Seriously the best steak we’ve had in a while. Our server Kaniya was an angel. She was so attentive and kind; we absolutely adored her. Could not have asked for a better experience. And we will certainly be back soon!
Wow. Where to start? Barely saw our waitress to even order our meals, get refills or our meals. Had to complain to even get our food. Even after asking for a manager we still couldn't even get water. Finally got our meals and they were cold. Still made to wait just to get the check to leave. Never sat in a restaurant desperate to leave till this one. Won't be returning.
Great food and great service! That makes for a winning experience.
Late lunch. Steak salad and large Victoria filet entrées. The fried mushrooms are different from those served in other well-known steak houses. Much more flavorful. Caesar salad was also better. Butter that came with bread was not whipped but was softened, not cold, so very easily to spread on good bread. The filet was perfectly prepared. The server (Pilar) was extraordinarily helpful. The only glitch was the steak in the steak salad was mostly chewy if not too tough to eat. We saved the inedible pieces which we showed to the manager, whom we believed needed to know. We complimented all other items as well as the server. We specifically asked not to have the bill adjusted, but the manager comped the salad anyway. Overall good experience.
My boyfriend and I come to eat here often and we always ask for Andrew. He is an amazing server, very friendly, efficient, and great company. The food is always delicious, we just love coming here. Seriously ask for Andrew, he’s the bomb!!
Took 2 hrs to have lunch . Service abysmal. Meals came out after 45 minutes at intervals, with 25 minutes between first and last person served. Food quality poor. Steak and chicken tough.
