The food was terrible I got the shrimp Alfredo and was blend had no seasoning definitely no worthy 25 dollars the Gabriel bread was salty asl the only good this was my drink a raspberry lemonade and the waiter charged my card twice no I have to wait to get my money bck the salad was terrible too ?

One of the best dining experiences we've had. The staff was on a new level of customer service. Not to mention the food was delicious and even the sweet tea we had was incredible. Shanna was our waitress and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of from making sure our drinks were constantly full to checking in on us often (but not too often). Everyone there had a great attitude and you could tell they are all working hard to maintain the customer experience that my wife and I had. Would highly recommend.

My friend & I are older. We had dinner there spending close to $80 for 2. Appetizer, Dinner, I had one drink other had 2 drinks. After dinner I ordered 2 Take A Long Plates from your menu for later. One for each. The waitress left and came back to say they had NO TAKE A LONG PLATES. We dined early on a Thursday. This makes TWICE that your restaurant does Not have these. Please take them off your menu since you never have them available. $80 is a lot of money for pasta and sauce. My dish had no meat! Sauce & cheese.

Many love it but I have never been a big fan of "institutionalized" food providers. Fast Foods of all kinds, franchised restaurants specializing in international cuisine, Italian, Mexican etc. Unfortunately there isn't a half star rating! It wod have been a 3.5 stars.I will say the service was great and we were well taken care of. Short staffed they said but our server was Janie on the spot!

We had a great experience at this location.Food was great and our server was great .I only have one critique.The hostess was telling 3 or more parties there was a 45 min wait time,she even told us the same,so people were not willing to wait so many walked right out.When in actual wait time was less than 10mins even for our party of 5 and we were number 7 on the list. They need to get that together up front.All those people turned away because she didn't actually know correct wait time.

Food was excellent. Our waitress was friendly and always handy even though the place was extremely busy. After all it was mother's day. Enough food to take home for lunch the next day. Bathroom very clean.

We went there for Mothers' Day. Was able to get outside seating which was a TREAT! Our server was Parker and he was so pleasant and very patient with us. We were concerned, being seated outside, that it would be easy to "forget" us. But he was very attentive and did an excellent job of regularly checking on us. We didn't feel abandoned or forgotten at all. Because of an incident years ago, my mother had actually sworn off Olive Garden. But I think our recent experience and Parker's great service went a LONG way in giving us such a delightful experience that my mom's previous animosity towards Olive Garden may have dissipated. Thank you :)

This is probably the first time in years that we have actually enjoyed eating at the Olive garden. Our server was absolutely wonderful and the meal was leisurely and not rushed. The meal was brought out in stages which added to the comfort and leisure atmosphere. I appreciated the area also not being crowded. And enjoyable meal all around and the food was absolutely delicious and on point.

I will have to give this place 5 stars it's well deserved. We called in our order ahead of time. We were greeted with great customer service from the moment the lady answered the phone. When we arrived to the Olive Garden we ran into a dilemma with our Christmas Gift card to our surprise the funds that we thought was on the gift card was $20 short. We were extremely embarrassed and didn't bring any extra cash to pay for what we had ordered. As I started to explain the situation and to let them know to keep the amount that was on the gift card for the inconvenience that we have caused and I was extremely sorry. I was then greeted by the supervisor and Amber did a awesome job by turning our night back to a wonderful night.. She made us feel like we were V I P Guest and gave us our food and hoped to see us back soon.. Thank you Amber and to your staff for a wonderful night and we enjoyed our food.. I hope and pray that wonderful blessing will come your way. I apologize once again and we are very grateful to you and your staff.. Job well done..

Sat at our table for a good twenty minutes (party of 5) all tables around us being waited on waitresses clearly made eye contact multiple times with us but refused to wait on us. Got up to tell someone we have not been acknowledged and STILL nobody came. Tables around us continue to get served. As we decided to get up and leave the manager rushes over to tell us how sorry she is but still does nothing to make the situation right. Won’t be back to this location.
