Tim was great
I was out in Columbus, Georgia for a conference and decided to pass on the hotel food and ordered from O'Charley's. Great food, large portions and multiple sides come with the meal. The delivery was also fast for a Saturday evening. Sorry I don't have a picture, I was to busy eating up that Georgia grub. Next time am out there I'll make my way to the restaurant for the full experience.
Initially, I was not sure whether or not I would like this restaurant as I did see many fried and unhealthy entrées. However, I ordered a delicious mahi mahi fillet which came with rice and macaroni and cheese. I also got some bread to complement my meal. The prices and the service were fine with me. There was a large parking lot and the restaurant was located nearby the highway.
Our server today was Michael and he was great. So funny and personable. The restaurant was short staffed today but those that did show up for work covered and helped each other. Didn't even know they were short staffed until we were told. Got the spicy chicken pasta and was very good. It was not spicy to me and I was happy about that. The side salad was very wet so I let most of my salad. Overall good experience and will go again.
I've been to OCharleys before but this took a long time to bring food out. I'm not sure what was going on. But we got our tickets before our food. The food was good. The service was ok.
Haven't been to O'Charley's in ages, but I was in town and a friend suggested it and I am glad she did.The food and service were great. Tim, our server, did a great job of taking care of a lot of tables. I think he might have been the only server working, but we never felt neglected. He did a great job.The Danielle, the hostess was very welcoming and was very helpful with accommodating our seating needs with my handicapped companion.Finally, the food was good. They have the best mashed potatoes, chicken fingers, and potato soup of anyone. Lots of things on the menu I want to try next time.In summary, it was a well above average experience! In a world full of covid excuses, mediocre service, and supply chain shortages, it was a nice and needed relief. I'm sure this location is dealing with the same thing everyone else is but you wouldn't know from the customer side.
Really enjoyed the visit. The food was really good and Tim did a great job of taking care of us. The perfect balance of friendliness and attentiveness without being overbearing. I can honestly say it's the most pleasant dining experience I've had since COVID.I want to come back and try several things that I saw on the menu, but the ribs and potato soup were great on this trip.

I can invest my last dollar with only one person and that's Mrs. Kelly Robert who prove to be the most honest and trustworthy Expert trader. she's the best account manager I have ever known or heard of.
I really enjoyed my meal! Tim the bartender was great. He made our drinks as quick as possible. The food was fresh too! Definitely visit again!
