If you order the meatball sub you get 1/2 of 1 meat ball sliced in 2 on the whole sandwich. I recommend any future orders of the sub with cheese and sauce to request the meatballs on the side for transparency. I will not revisit this store, I am done.
Ordered 2 sandwiches at 2:22pm today - transaction #401159. Instructions on receipt were very clear for Momma’s Bambino all the way & Momma’s Love with mayo only. There very few customers there. When I arrived home the Momma’s Love was all the way. I live 30 minutes away. Very disappointed with the experience. We’re they distracted, didn’t care or can they not read.
Ordered DoorDash to my workplace. They have the absolute best Cuban sandwich hands down! The mojo sauce is to die for!
Cuban had almost NO meat. The most pathetic sandwich I've ever had (including homemade). The wait was entirely too long for me and others who only ordered one sandwich. Terrible.
Walk up counter to order food, no table side service!The food is overpriced and poor quality with two exceptions, their chicken salad and chocolate chip cookie sandwiches are great.They serve beer you can take outside and have a seat at a table on a nice day. You'll usually find interesting transients taking a rest here.
My reuben was pretty good. The very tiny cup of potato salad was the disappointment, not because of taste, but for $3.00 it is such a VERY small portion. It is served in a condiment style cup... typical of what many restaurants serve dressing in, for a salad. Also, today is 3/18/22, my potato salad had a sticker on it that read "3/9" stuck to the tiny lid. Does that mean it is 10 days old? Also, the cashier staff wasn't sure how the reward points worked, so I will just have to figure that out later. Maybe management can instruct employees how their own reward point system works.
Place is ran by high schoolers with absolutely no management or leadership. The wait times for a simple sandwich are completely mind blowing, maybe the longest wait you’ll ever have. Food is a disappointment. Don't waste your time or money.
The food was ok, the staff was ok... I was disappointed that the side of potato salad was like 3 bites... And my soup was only half full. For the amount I paid, I was disappointed. It was clean. Not sure if I would go back or not.
Stood in line for someone to finally wait on us at the register and I ordered soup that was listed on the menu. I paid for the soup and then waited for my soup for at least 10-15 minutes. At least four girls, that I could see, were working in this restaurant at the time. They were not busy. There was another couple sitting down and another girl waiting on her food. After a while my name was called and I was then told that they did not have the soup that I paid for. In fact, they only had 2 out of the four options listed. I did not like the other options so I said I wanted my money back. There was not an apology AT ALL! They did not care that I had wasted about 30 minutes for nothing! In fact, you could tell that they did not care about giving me good service. I was ticked and left.
I really wish there was a no star option, this is the worst food I have ever eaten or should I say attempted too eat. I honestly would not feed a dog this food. I hear people in jail get fed slop, now I believe they are being fed Momma Goldbergs... Absolutely a disgrace!!!
