Food was great, the service was great, but they have to fix that A/C. The people and product great but it was way too hot in there

Both Columbus stores have very cold, impolite employees. I’ve seen the coldest of employees become managers so I’m not sure what their promotions are based on. I’m addition, It’s much easier to order online for 2-3 people vs ordering in-store; however, both Moe’s Columbus locations always get to-go orders wrong. There is always something missing, tiny portions, and in our most recent order, an item was missing and the employee argued me that it wasn’t. When I got home I realized their order ticket she showed me didn’t have my whole order on it but it showed I’m the app.I don’t know how Moe’s corporate office keeps franchises in check but I don’t see how these two stores aren’t constantly scolded.
Unfortunately, I have to give bad review. There was 1 lady in person ahead of me. But because they cared more about making online orders as the tickets came through, we waited and waited. Clearly, we should have been priority because1. We were in person2. Obviously, we could see tickets coming through & printing AFTER we had been standing there...so those tickets should go behind us in "line".He half made my order and then let it sit while he made online orders.Once mine was finally done and wrapped up, we had to wait just as long to get the lady to ring us up.By the time I got my food, the tortilla and food was cold.I started to take it back up to counter, but I decided it wasn't worth the additional wait.I hope they can get a better system because it wasn't due to staff shortage, as they had several employees working.
Horrible...I paid $2 for guacamole that was old and it wasn't filled up in the tiny cup. I was given a very small portion, and I mean a very small portion of steak on my nacho. It was like she was trying to save the tiny small corner of steak for the next person when there wasn't even a spoonful in the container. I had to pay $2.50 extra for the tiny corner of steak. I paid a little over $12 for garbage! It was horrible!...This was a joke in itself. I go to Moe's all the time. But I know when ever I'm in Columbus GA on that side of town, I will NEVER go back to that one! The serves was lousy! And they had the nerve to have a tip jar! I always tip at other Moe's, but NOT that one!! I should have given a tip on how to cater to your customers. If I could give a minus one I would have.

I purchased two burritos and large drink from this location. When I got home I started to take a sip of my drink and noticed something floating around and when I took the top off I noticed it was a dead fly. I called the restaurant and ask for a Manager and told him about the fly. Once I explained, he rudely pulsed as if he was irritated or didn't care. And then he said you can come to to get another drink or your money back. No apology or sympathy. I kindly said no thank you and disconnected the line. This is very bad customer service. My reason for calling was to notify them of the issue, because I simply just think the ice machine needed to be cleaned. And all I was looking for was an apology. The manager did not show any concern what so ever. He could have asked what ice machine I used so that he could try to ensure that this doesn’t happen again.
Bought 2 burritos and a queso and the chips are inedible. They are visually bad so the employees had to know when bagging the chips. The cheese is also burnt or sat in the pot too long or something.
Great hardworking staff. Always wonderful quality with the food, service and appearance of the restaurant.Disappointed we couldn't get a reward from the app applied to my order, but that's a corporate issue.
