This location is under poor management. No sense of urgency No menu knowledge Should not take 8 minutes to respond tk a vehicle in the drive thru Employees are extremely unhappy, or at least that's how they sound. Food is wrong 80% of the time. Iced Coffees never taste the same, different every time. No consistency whatsoever.
It is McDonald's... service was quick. But that OJ today... no thanks on that option next visit.
Bad, I ended up paying for the person behind me. My order was not even ready at the drive thru window. It was just a mess. Instead of asking me to pull up, I sat there blocking a long line of cars behind me. Very poor management!!
Food is tasty, but service can be slow. Headphones shouldn't be worn by staff.
Came here on 2 Apr 22 during the day with the kids. I understand that it’s a McDonalds, but have some respect. The floor was completely littered with trash and food. Not a single table was clean, they were all sticky. The service girl at the register was upset that I asked her for a towel to clean my table. They messed up my order 2x and didn’t even give us our drinks. When they asked if I was sure I ordered drinks and nuggets, I just showed them the copy of my receipt. I’m not sure who’s the manager on shift, but this was terrible.
Slowest place ever. Ordered at 8:22 for 2 mcmuffen meals and took 30minutes to come out and they didnt bring any jam. Went inside for that and took another 10minutes for the clowns to give me 2 little packets.
2 for 6 quarter pounder and $1 drinks. Always a win!
Double Quarter Pounders are great and today my fries ?were hot and perfectly cooked.
Stopped en route for an early lunch. Well prepared and served hot. Well worth a visit as wait staff were really helpful.
My husband has always craved Mc Donalds fish sandwiches. Lately in the past 6 months or so we haven't had much luck. It may be because of pandemic being short staffed. Every time I order the fish sandwich with no cheese & extra tarter sauce. I myself can't understand why cheese goes with fish. We ask for extra tartar because usually it doesn't have much. When we take it out of the box it either doesn't have enough or its on one side or mainly on the outside of sandwich or just in the box. It's fine though. We will give it a year maybe things will get better.
