Every time I go to McDonald’s I try and go to the store just because of Ethan he always make sure my order is right and you would think your at Chick-fil-A the way he talks to you!! He is the most polite worker at McDonald’s and needs a promotion!!!
Didn’t bring cup which was supposed to be included in a meal dinner, didn’t provide straws, tables were filthy and we had to clean the table ourselves, no ketchups were provided at the drink section, and trash bins were full and weren’t able to throw ours away. We noticed that services declined more each time we came.
It took the front cashier about 10 mins to even take our order. When she finally did she was nice and polite. Just no one was helping her. They finally got our food out minus the drinks. Then it took them over 10 mins just to get my smoothie and frappe made. By then the food is cold plus they didn't give any cutlery. It was only a big breakfast minus the pancakes. I don't know what was going on, but it was terrible service!!
This is probably the fastest McDonalds in town or at least the fastest I've been to. Lines are never long and you're in and out in no time! Great job!
They do a decent job getting you through the line fast and the food is the same. I love the McDonald’s deals in the app.
The restaurant was filthy and the service was mediocre. The person bringing the food out to us literally dropped the bag on the table and didn't say a word.... Not even after we said thank you. Didn't bother asking if we needed anything... Nothing.
Not a very long wait unlike some places. Pretty decent pricing. Food was hot and didnt have to wait long at the window.
I came here to get food for someone and I asked for a well done Big Mac meal with a McFlurry, I got a cold Big Mac & fries. I asked for a refund and I was told that I couldn’t get it, I had to hold up the drive thru line and get out of my car in order to get a refund because I was not satisfied with the order I received. I’m not sure who owns this McDonalds or any of them in the Columbus/Phenix City area but it is ridiculous that the food is always old even if you asked for it to be “well done” or “cooked to order” . Definitely won’t be returning.
We dislike McDonald's making us use the kiosks at ANY of their stores.. makes 0 sense why I have to ring up my own order on a kiosk just to walk to the counter for them to pull my order up and me to pay cash..if we have to ring up our own orders then shouldn't the food price be going down and not up?! OUTSIDE OF THAT.... the staff was ok and the store was very clean. Once we were able to finally pay for our food it came very fast and was warm and fresh!! There is only 2 McDonald's on lagrange that ever get your orders correctly; this being one of them.
Not our favorite McDonald's as of yet but we have seen worse...it seems like everytime we have come to this location that the employees that serve us just don't want to be there period. They cut you off, ignore your questions, hand you your food as fast as they can and close the window just as fast. When they close the window fast on you if you can manage to get their attention again you can hear and see the displeasure on their face that you had the audacity to ask for ketchup or heck anything really..
