Clean But the employees needs to have more training on making a hamburger and chicken sandwich. Slapping the meat on the bun is not a sandwich. It's a TOTAL MESS...
My son loves McDonald's. I use it as an occasional treat. Their fries are especially good when they're fresh.
Order was wrong. No sauce for nuggets. And all we got was 3 10 piece nugget meals.....missing a fry and 2 only had 6 nuggets....idk maybe it was just a bad day for them folks
Clean facility excellent customer service. A gentleman and his son ordered on the kiosk. The son after the ordered was placed realized they had frozen cokes. The gentleman offered to pay the difference but the cashier told him not to worry about and gave his son the drink. Not often do you witness act of kindness like this anymore.
I don't drive so drive thru only fast food joints really stink. But I found a way around it at McDonald's. Order from the app and order it as a curbside pickup. When u arrive the app will ask u to pick a numbered parking space and apply that number to ur order and just stand there and wait...wholah!
This isn't your typical McDonald's. The store is well kept, staff is friendly and respectful. The food gets to you in a timely manner and overall one of the better experiences I've had at a McDonald's.
The last two times I ordered here (airport thruway) there were items missing from my order but I don't hold people responsible for simple mistakes when the line is wrapped around the building and if they're like any place else on the country right now I'm sure short on staff ...but it's the way you handle that mistake that I grade you on. I first spoke with JESSICA who was pleasant and professional and told me to just let them know her name and the items missing on my.next trip. Well my next trip i sent my husband (y'all know how that goes ) so I called to be sure they would right the wrong with no issues before he asked. Erica answered the phone this time and was a true breathe of fresh air. She replaced almost the entire order although all I was missing was 20 nuggets and tried to walk me through the app process even cracked a few jokes along the way!!I've never had a good customer service experience with McDonald's up until this point so kudos to the management team at this location as well as the other employees who were also courteous!!!
Very friendly employees.however they did forget some of my items but will go back again. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere
Just ordered drinks & they were accurate. They were also fairly quick & we ordered 3 frappes.
Honestly, five stars isn't enough. Exceptional customer service, always hot and fresh food, quick and efficient. The fries always have just enough salt, and the patties taste better than anywhere else. They also frequently give large drinks with medium meals.
