Well.... thank goodness I'm not allergic to onions. I asked for no onions. Like I always do, because I don't eat onions. But whenever I buy food, especially fast food, I always double check my order before eating. The drive through line was crazy. After placing my order, we arrive at the payment window, only to be asked "what we ordered". So again, we repeated this order, paid, then proceeded to the next window. So that was twice within 10 minutes that I stated, "no onions". But of course, I received onions and a burger that clearly had been pre-made, because the cheese wasn't even melted. This has now happened twice at the same restaurant within one year. I won't let it happen a third time. Because I won't return. But here's a lesson to customers... go inside to order and check the order before walking out. I understand that it was 3pm on a hot Saturday afternoon and employees were probably tired. But I should receive what I paid for and nothing less. And again, thankfully I'm not allergic to something that I asked twice not to be given to me. The one star was for the hot fries.
The service is decent. There's always a bit of a wait in drive-thru. I only eat a few things from here. The fries/hash browns are usually fresh.
Went to drive thru lined moved quickly, Coffee was hot just the way I like it, service was excellent.
Rude workers. They forgot my drink and when I asked for my drink the worker had an additude, then when I got home I realized I was missing half of my food. I ordered 2, 20 piece chicken nuggets and they only gave me 2, 10 piece. This was not my first experience with bad service, every time I go to this McDonald's I'm always missing food (×6) and the workers are always rude.
They need better service an faster service sometimes u can sit in line 30-45 mins an food still be messed up. But when its right its right tea always good
The wait was about 30 minutes for our food. The time I ate was right at lunch hour so that was understandable. The restrooms however were in need of attention and you could tell that cleaning had been much earlier in the day and no one had looked in to see if they needed to be cleaned.
If McDonald's could take care of their frappe machine, the price of gas wouldn't be so hurtful. We the people could use some reassurance at this point, tighten up my friend!!
Wish I could give no stars I wish I could get paid to do nothing but laugh play in lobby while drive thru is backed up lobby closed but employees opening door after hours I guess for off clock employees to get what they want while we burn our gas for 25 mins to finally be told at order board they only taking cash over paid lazy employees waste of management obviously establishment as well because they get paid to literally do nothing
Don't drive away from the window without checking your bag. I said Hi, Hello and Thank You...they never said anything back. Food was good/hot .
The worst In history corporate really needs to fire the whole night shift and hire a whole new staff cause the stuff they do I never have those problems on day shift. Food cold, sandwiches thrown together, sauce everywhere and the wait in line when you get to the speaker you got to wait and eventually say hello then they take your Order but still tell you to hold on for another 8 to 10mins. Sometimes we come and they play like they out of everything or nothing working. I got here at 12:58 but did get my food until 2:03 and they have the freaking nerve to get an attitude
