I had given this location 5 stars. Moved to one star because of what happened today. Placed a mobile order. Waited in line for 10 minutes then had to wait another 10 minutes after I gave them mobile code. Reason made to order now this was already ordered 20 minutes ago online. When I told the person that brought me my food this and that I could go to Chick-fil-A. I do believe this was a manager because of their dress attire. She didn't apologize but also said I could go where I wanted to. In and Out hamburger. Please come to Georgia and sink McDonald's. Would imagine your milk shake machine has less problems also. Besides that. Yes I can go somewhere else.
Ordered 2 large Carmel frappes and them didn't add thre extra drizzle
The man in front of me left. If they would worry more about working than being on facebook, taking pictures of themselves, and dancing, it might not take forever to get your food. Felt like I was at a club instead of a restaurant.
Came in yesterday to get a bite to eat. I’m not from Columbus but my front service was awesome . Her name is Jet I believe and you can tell she has good costumer service. This is the first time I been here and everyone was nice and fast. Great Job Manchester keep up the good work.
Good afternoon this location on Manchester Expressway is horrible! I had a simple order and it got messed up twice. I'm normally not the one to complain however when you visit a location more the once and experience the same results every time something is wrong! I've given them the benefit of the doubt however today I couldn't take it anymore. The team members in there has no urgency nor show they care for the customers. This is not a location I will visit anymore or tell someone else about! Something needs to be done there period!
Go here often very friendly service and clean food is always fresh
The fries were room temperature, not hot. Asked for no onion on my Quarter pounder with cheese but there were onions. Simple mistakes.. but very polite staff. The manger that seemed to be running 3positions was on it..
If you like playing lottery and never winning this is the McDonalds for you. Your order is always a gamble. Order a double quarter pounder, may get a double cheese burger, regular cheese burger, quarter pounder, or fish sandwich. Don't try to customize anything, it is a waste of time. Customer service is horrendous, walk-in and stand in line and see 10 employees walk past and look at you like you did something wrong for coming in their store. After a 15 minute wait with no line, someone comes up to take your mystery order, mystery because once again you will not get it. Afraid to ask them to fix it, all the huffin-n-puffin just to order.....Glad they put the ordering kiosks in there, so you can bypass the attitude. Now they need machines to make the food and get the orders right.
The service at this location is horrible and racist towards white people and slow. It's bad. Management needs to investigate. Service is also slow. There seemed to be plenty of people working in there, too. This is not how McDonald's is everywhere else, so why here in Columbus? Does anyone in this sad little town care about anything anymore? This attitude is not going to help anything. Wake up!
Well, I tried to give this location another chance. For some reason, asking for just a sausage and a muffin with nothing else is too difficult. I would've even said anything, but when I tried to get it fixed....they just hung up on me. Wow! First time that ever happened. Even though it's farther go to the Midland location!
