The staff was friendly the food was okay. I got my food in the timely matter overall it was good experience.
Terrible front counter worker, women with the glasses and short wig had a very nasty attitude and way of talking to customers. Everyday she complain about not wanting to be there. I doordash so when I come into the business she’s the one who’d give out the orders and every time her approach is rude and disgusting.
Why is it that we order at the menu, pay at the first window, and then get to the second window and are told they can’t make our order?? No one even offered to give us a replacement or anything, just insisted they were giving us a refund. Wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t for the face that they can’t get the line moving at any point in the day. So now nothing of what we ordered, wasted time, and then when we give them the card for the refund they ask us to park and wait???? Like you have our debit card and you’re going to park us so we can get our property back while you prioritize peoples orders that you can put together? I wouldn’t be leaving this review if this was the first time this location has proven they don’t know what they’re doing.
I gave a one star for the hot French fries. My chicken sandwich was dry and cooked twice. An inch of the edges were so hard i couldnt break it it with my fingers. Thanks for the lovely lunch.
I ordered a mcdouble from their $3 menu with lettuce and Mac sauce and i am not sure if they know the difference, but still received a Big Mac after repeatedly telling them at the speaker, at the first window and at the 2nd window that I ordered a MCDOUBLE. I was basically given someone else's order. Did not realize until I got home. Should have checked the bag before leaving. Sigh...
I am writing this as im in the line. This is not fast food, I have been in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I don't care what the food taste like the service is long. I have to feed my kids so I am stuck.
Smoothie machine was said to be working when we inquired @ the speaker box, when we got to the window, we were informed that it just broke down. The employee honestly tried to fix one and showed it saying she couldn't sell it to us like that.
They got a good caramel frappe they don't they put all your fries in your neck is cuz they be Faking It come out they check day is so good they have good personalities some of them a little problem is real rude a little bit but it's okay
I'm never standing in line or in the drive thru again. The order your self kiosk is better and I even have the app, so I'll order and pick up.
This store is ridiculously unprofessional... I didn't even eat or order anything, I'm just doing a uber eats delivery... just standing here waiting on my uber order its cringy to hear the unprofessionalism coming from the back where the employees are, as customers waiting to order looking at other customers in disbelief as what they are hearing coming from the employees....
