We just ordered through mobile order a big order even. We even order from this McDonald’s a lot and they forgot a whole meal. Nobody answers the phone after we’ve called several times. We just want our food!!
The service friendliness and speed of getting our order was great. This is the best McDonalds experience we’ve had in the last 2 years. Thank you!
The food was hot and good but the staff need to be a little to friendlier and Happy to customers!
I have never had a single order made correctly here. Not that I'm ordering anything crazy, just basic meals with no adjustments. Something is either always missing or incorrect. Haven't been in months. Decided to try again today bc all I wanted was a mango smoothie. Not too complicated, right? WRONG! Despite the huge white label on the cup saying MANGO they brought out a strawberry one, which I can't consume. Not sure why, but I have a reaction to the strawberry ones, but not the mango. Employee did even say anything when she brought it out (drive thru and had me pull up to wait). Handed it to me and walked off. Lines were too long both inside and out, so didn't bother getting it fixed. Never again.
I have NEVER had a problem with this establishment. Staff, and management, is always friendly, helpful, and know what their doing. My order is always made right, and is made fresh.
Around 10:00 p.m. we were in a long line of approximately 12 vehicles. Several customers exited the line. The dining room was not open. Whenever we reached the speaker to place order, the employee stated that they were short staffed & only serving ice cream & milkshakes. We asked about fries & she said she could fix those for us so we bought a Sundae & fries. She was courteous & polite to us, although clearly stressed & not receiving the help needed from the other 3 younger employees. If possible we would give her five stars but with such an experience, we have to give only two stars for the restaurant.
We came to this location this morning and sat in the right side drive-thru for no one to take our order and just progressively letting traffic pass us by in the other drive-thru lane, not only holding us up but the 4 cars behind us as well. Then walked inside to be told by the “manager”, that “they have the right to refuse service to anyone “. Extremely rude and unprofessional

A little surprising when the drive thru person can't tell me what the difference between a Double cheeseburger and a McDouble is... I still don't know ?♂️ The food I did get was on par for McDonalds.
Usually the fastest McDonald’s in Columbus compared to all other locations. Customer service service here is also above average
