I've been buying from Marcos for a long time. IVe noticed over time, their pizzas have been lacking. Today i bought a deluxe pizza with extra cheese, a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and the cinnamon squares. There was NO extra cheese! Infact, there was hardly any cheese at all on either pizza and barely any toppings! On top of that, the cinnamon squares had no icing with them. This is goodbye to Marcos. I'm not wasting money on a disappointing pizza anymore.
This Marco's is a franchise location. They do not honor Marco's promotions. I have delt with other franchise locations in the past and they don't mind the coupons and welcome the business. Employees are not motivated at this establishment. Very unprofessional. I will not visit this location. Marco's has always been my pizza of choice. This location needs to live up to Marco's standards.
Tried to place a to go order and the operator said they aren't taking phone orders but I could go online and place an online order. Maybe soon they won't need people to take orders over the phone.

The manager was sick and wasn’t super friendly. No one working had on a mask while working with food. My food took over 55 minutes when I was told it would take 35 min. The reason given was they only had one oven. That would have been nice to know before ordering. The manager’s customer service skills were lacking.
Pizza was cold and not cooked very well not someplace I would rush back to. The staff is not very friendly or welcoming.
Amazing pizza, fair pricing. Not really big on the idea of their cheese steaks can't speak as kindly on it. But definitely have good pizza.
