If I could give zero stars to this unprofessional franchise I would! The screw over my order EVERY FREAKING TIME! (I tip well, might I add). The pizza is either undercooked, cold, missing toppings, or the wrong order ALTOGETHER!! I never received my last refund. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION!!
The tall guy with the dreads at the counter was very sweet and polite today..the pizza was great I have never went wrong with Marcos...Great customer service and great pizza!!!
First pizzas of the New Year 2022 from my family’s favorite pizza place and we are beyond pleased! Marco’s on University y’all are the absolute BEST!!! Thanks Naz for taking the call…you should get a bonus for being so great!!! And to all the blessed hands that created those delicious mouthwatering pizzas almost too pretty to eat, we thank you. Y’all did that! I hope y’all enjoy what you do because we appreciate ya!!!
The pizza was great and the service could have been better. I am giving it four stars due to the young man coming from the back asking me "How could he help me?" The young lady working at the counter was on the phone taking an order and did not acknowledge me walking into the store or standing waiting for her to get off the phone. She could have at least given me eye contact.
I chose curbside clicked the link to say "I have arrived" 8 mins later I'm still waiting, so I had ro go in. If curbside is not an option any longer take it off the website. Pizza was a bit sloppy today not the usual for them. There were 2 people at the front counter, 1 on the phone the other person said, "well be with you in a minute". Well if person 2 had asked if I was "picking up" or "placing an order" I wouldn't have had to wait an additional 5 mins for the 1st guy to get off the phone. I think I'm done with this location things continue to go south here. S
30 bucks for nasty food. Used to be great now it's like they dont care anymore. When a child says no to pizza it's a definite issue
Tonight, I ordered a simple 3 topping large pizza….. they were it of this and that so I ordered bacon pineapple and ham. Well over an hour later I call back and they haven’t even made it!!!!!! Where are all these college students getting money …. Not to show up for work!!!??? I’m over it ! NEVER AGAIN!

I want to Marco's on University Avenue. The young man name Michael that works there was so nice and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with my food after I had a bad experience at Papa John's on Veterans parkway. Need more workers like him.
Always great pizza and amazing customer service from Michael! He is wonderful and a great asset to Marcos! He came out and checked on us, went in to make sure the pizza was ready and brought it back. Super helpful and friendly.
