The store is clean and the employees are friendly. Guy who runs the place is good people. I like the loaded teas, haven't found one yet that I don't like.

We regularly order teas, always have multiple drinks, and today’s order was missing 2 teas, the owner calls me and said he knew he short changed the order. Was supremely condescending. Three of the teas didn’t taste like they had the right flavors. Won’t be using them again.
