Ordered online. Never got my pizza, lady said would have to wait, some people come in to get hot and ready and get it and go.Another would be told 15 or 20 minutes.The next would get one. Exact same pizza. Team members where worried about playing in the back. Pizza not ready 25 minutes after ordered and told not sure when would be ready.Rude, would not recommend to anyone.
Cheap pizza that tastes good enough for the price. Only real complaint is some staff seem to not be able to hear customers through the divider at the register.
I asked for a pepperoni & sausage pizza. I asked them to put garlic butter, parmesean and the Italian seasoning on the pizza. I got the pizza and it was plain. I told them they charged me for it but didn't do it. The girl took my pizza back so they could fix. Came back and said he put a little too much garlic butter on one side. I opened the pizza it was an excessive amount on the pizza. Too much for anyone to eat refund and I won't be back. I would have respected yall more if yall would have said we kinda put too much and if it's too much on there we can make you another one and apologized but no. They have good customer service apparently.
I placed my order they told me 15-20 minutes I waited almost an hour before getting my food 4 other customers came in after I did and ordered food that had to be cooked and got there's before me
Service was polite, prompt and coincidentally, they had a pizza ready to go when I arrived. I was in and out within 5 minutes! The parking lot is tricky, though, as traffic moves quickly in Manchester Expressway
This place was very busy! The pizza was really good. We had to wait a bit for them to make it, but several large orders came in right before mine.
This location has gone so downhill I don't recommend anyone eat there. Pizzas are never ready always a 35 min wait for anything and the ones that are ready are cold and look awful and don't really test good! I don't know what happened but I am truly disappointed as I used to get pizza every weekend from them.
There were no hot and ready pepperoni pizzas readily available. I had to wait 10 mins, but it was yummy ?!
How do you make a pizza a forget to put the red sauce on?? The manager did not even apologize, just said okay.. really? then he said after I stated really? that's it? ok? he said we can make you a new one... who wants to drive all the way back to the place to get a pizza that should have been made correctly? that is an inconvenience. poor customer service.. bad manager, workers don't pay attention to their orders... I will not be back.. I'll call Dominos..
I have been ordering from the Manchester expressway location every Tuesday for just over a year. My usual order is three thin crust pizzas. They have been charging me 30.96, until the last three weeks. Three weeks ago they tried to charge me 43.56 for the exact some order. Then last week it was 40. and change. I decided to give them one last chance tonight. I ordered my usual three thin crust pizzas and was told it would be 36. and change. The two weeks prior I had to speak to the manager and he told me yes that they had over charged me and corrected it. This week I just canceled my order and called the Little Caesars on Wooduff Farm Road. Guess what my order was 30.96. ??♀️?. Don’t know who owns the Manchester Little Caesars but you need to find out just what is going on there??? Three weeks same order and Three different prices. I know we’re have record inflation but 13.00 more ???
