Been eating at Krystal since I was a small child. Whenever I just want a small snack, it's my go to. Depending on what time of day you go to this location, the staff is great!

I love crystals, it doesn't matter if it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner. This Crystals is the best in town, great service and polite service. Price is right as well, $20 feeds two with leftovers.
I came in this afternoon/evening the manager on drive thru was definitely customer friendly it’s probably the first time Ive been to a fast food establishment in a long time with great service she was definitely helpful. The line was long and kind of slow but the food was fresh!
First of all I asked for eggs over easy my eggs are over done I asked the guy twice at the window to please put sugar and butter in the bag which you did not do. He was an African American gentleman and he was utterly rude to my friend they didn't include the side of grits that I asked for. Overall the worst meal I've had all week and the worst customer service I've ever had. I know not only will never be there again I'm going to throw rocks at the place every time I go back
Worst Krystal I have been to. From the moment I ordered at the drive thru to when I actually got my food, it was about 25 min... I would have left except I was boxed in...And the place looked old and nasty.
It was not as good as I expected it's usually pretty good but also got our order wrong both times around, I still ate it just hope it's better next time

After my braces appointment I thought that my son and I would get food before headed back to Auburn. I order him and myself chili cheese fries and 5 Krystal’s. Basically a number 5 and an extra chili cheese fries on the side with extra cheese. When I open the box I was devastated. This food was 17$ and some change for what seem as a half of a small fry a teaspoon of chili with the regular amount of cheese. If the weather wasn’t getting intense I would have turn around and ask for a refund. Wish I could have given a zero.
