Very disappointing. Drove 20 minutes through traffic for the promise of the greatest donuts ever! (How I've always remembered them) Quality has changed and there was hardly any selection. Female was rather rude behind counter and our donuts were cold and not fresh. We actually trashed half the box.?
Me and my sista friends had a sweet tooth and got the following donuts: blueberry cake, raspberry filled, hot plain glazed and chocolate filled. They didn't have the strawberry shortcake donut ?
I haven't been here in almost a year - trying to make healthier choices. So when I decided to pick up a half dozen the other day I was really disappointed. The doughnuts are smaller than they used to be, and all of the doughnuts I received were hard and stale.The lady working the drive-thru was also rude. When I she kept interrupting me to tell me that they were out of the doughnuts I picked, then became impatient with me when it took me about a minute to pick out other options. I couldn't hear what she said when giving me my total, so I asked her to repeat the amount, she said, "just drive around." Once I got to the window she told me my total, took my card, went inside for several minutes to fill a box with 6 doughnuts, opened the window then handed me my card and box without another word. I was the only one in the line at this time, so it wasnt like she was rushing through customers. I used to love Krispy Kreme, but I'm really not interested in going back after this past visit.
I normally visit this location when in town. Called tonight to ask what time they close and they said 10.00. We pull in with 12 minutes to spare, all doors locked, workers sitting there. A couple even laughed when we couldn’t get in. Couldn’t even order in the drive thru line. Very poor customer service.
They have lost something over the years. Seems like with covid the donuts are not the same. They are misshapen and taste like the grease is off. We don’t get excited about the idea of going anymore.
Staff is great here! Donuts delish. Facilities are clean. A favorite when going thru Columbus.
Every time my family goes to this location they have some excuse as to why they don’t have chocolate glazed donuts. “Our fryer is broken” (makes no sense when that has nothing to do with chocolate), but my favorite was “y’all come at the wrong time”. They don’t even speak kindly to the customer, honestly just sound annoyed and rude. Y’all really need to do better cause whoever owns and operates this one I can only hope doesn’t realize how their employees literally do not care.
Went in at 430 today and thought it was suspicious no one was there. Ladies at the counter told us they don't have any regular glazed donuts..What? But we can get minis for a mere $2.49 for 2. What? How does a donuts shop run out of regular donuts? Come on management! Get it together!
When the sign says hot ..pull up.. pronto.. clean atmosphere friendly workers. Able to take your order almost as soon as you walk in... Even though the drive-thru was around the corner I received prompt service as a walk-in..
We went late so there weren't a ton of variety but thats our fault, however the floors were terribly sticky. Other than that it was awesome to see the conveyor belt
