The waitress that were on shift that evening were not attentive. Shortly after about 15 minutes the hostess moved us to another seating area. Due to the waiter not taking any more customers. We were moved to another seating area. The waitress in that section did not acknowledge us nor did she care to ask us if we needed service. She bluntly just walked pass us and not even looked towards us. The waitress Maleeka came from another section just to help us with our order drinks and food. Five stars for Maleeka at The King Claw- Columbus Ga location. She really came provide great quality customer services. The other two need more training on how to handle customers. Thank kindly.

Visited the Columbus location today for the 1st time and it was yummy. I ordered take out and the 2 young ladies at the take out counter were very patient and helpful with my questions. I chose to make my own combo. 2 lobster tails, one lb crab legs, .5 lbs headless shrimp, .5 lbs green mussels, .5 lbs sausage, and 3 eggs with the medium KC seasoning. I'm not sure but I thought it was suppose to come with corn and potatoes but I didn't receive any if that's the case. My seafood was cooked so well I didn't mind the missing items.

Service was great. Food was delicious. You won’t be disappointed.

The food, the drinks, & the atmosphere was perfect… I’m from out of state & I’ve ate here twice already.. Highly recommend.. ♾

I went to King Claw for the first time ever on a Tuesday evening, just as the dimmer service should have started. The atmosphere was very good, and the cleanliness was up to par, but the service was another story entirelyThere were no other customers in the restaurant, and none arrived, even well after 5:00 PM. It didn't take too long to learn whyI literally sat at my table for a half an hour, and not one person came to my table to even take a drink.order. When I got up to leave without ordering, not one person noticed, let alone cared. As I left, I save a table full of staff members sitting close to the kitchen door having a grand old time. My question is where was the manager, and judging by many of the other reviews here, I'm not the only one who wants to know. My strong suggestion to the owners of this establishment is to read these reviews, and hire a stronger manager who can deal more easily with professional paycheck collectors. If you don't, you may well end up going belly up, no matter how good your food is, or how great your atmosphere is.

Food was hot in very good... and the service was on point . A 10/10 for me

I took my mother to eat for a mother daughter lunch. we loved our food. there was a lot of food for the price and the service was great our wait was not long.

Service was poor waited forever food and drinks. Food was greasy and tasteless and barely warm.

I have been to a couple other crab boil places here & I like King Claw because the sauce is not over-salty. The King Claw sauce comes in extra hot too, which is perfectly spiced to be hot but not too hot. The value for any of the boil combos is spot-on & we have taken home leftovers even. The restaurant itself is beautiful & nicely decorated. The noise level is not too bad for a fun place to eat. Overall, we’ve enjoyed our meals here the times we’ve came & we know we’ll return in the future.

Eat at Bradley parkway branch…. Compliment to the cooks ….. Food are great. However, service need a lot of improvement… ordered snow crab and king crab for family of 7- I cannot believe that the restaurant only has 1 crab cracker for entire place… 3 of our orders was wrong- has to wait a long time for drinks refills… server don’t check on us...I’m debating if I should invite my friends and college to eat here. Again, food are great but service need improvement.. I give it a 2.5 star
