I ordered through Uber eats 2 mashed potato and gravy and some other food. When I got the food my entire bag was full of brown gravy from where they placed the gravy in the bag without properly securing the top and the entire thing poured out. I then proceed to take my other food that was in paper bags out and they were so soaked it was stuck to my other food. There was Gravy everywhere when I tried to take all of the food out and I was very upset because I now had a large mashed potato with NO gravy.
The crew on duty tonight is the best! I just left drive thru around 7:20pm on 2/28/22. Please keep this crew scheduled together. They were on point!
They messed up my order. I didn't get what I paid for. Next time I will look before driving off. I tried to call the number on the receipt 3 different times but all day they did not answer???
Too lazy to make extra crispy. They only sell spicy. Terrible service. Avoid like the plague.
