Went Sunday July 10th about 5ish to get some chicken but couldn't get any. Waited in the drive thru for approximately 20 minutes then decided to go in. Placed our order and cashier came back and said you can a box with mixed Extra Crispy and regular but there is not enough chicken to fill the order. I said okay that's fine. She then comes back and says we are completely out of chicken and it will be 25 to 30 minutes before some more is ready. Said no thank you and left.
I went there looking for a chicken pot pie tell me why the person came over the intercom and said may I take your order then they got in their cars drove off and yelled out we are closed at 10:10 and drove off!!! Black Nissan Maxima and a grey crown Victoria
Just got a pot pie and it was horrible warm/cold not hot at all turkey tasted old! never ate at this one before n I want be back ? sticking to buena Vista rd n phenix city. Always hot n fresh !!!

Ya'll! KFC was on point today.? I got a chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes and slaw with a biscuit and my girlfriend got the breast and wing meal. Restaurant was clean and the workers were nice.
Those wings were on point 200%... I wanted to go bk and get 3 more .. they were FRESH
I am very disappointed with my orders all 3. I was given fries instead of green beans, mac and cheese instead of mash potatoes and gravy, and fries instead of Mac and cheese. Pepsi instead of dr pepper. Order all messed up. Tried to call numerous of times no answer. Will not eat there again nonsense.
Cole Slaw was good. Chicken very small pieces was dry. Mash potatoes and gravy was tasteless.
