Food was hot, seasoned great. I guess thats why I would mind the wait time. This was a first time going. I don't know if I will make it back. It was in my opinion a little pricey for the amount of food given.
12 piece mild boneless wings with lemon pepper sprinkles, fries, ranch, and a cokeVery reasonable, we always go here!In perfect location and not too much traffic inside or drivethru.The longest we had to wait for our food inside and drive thru no more than 10 minutes, as that’s with them being busy.
Very nice variety of meals. The service is always great! Very pleasant people and atmosphere! Everything I've eaten here tastes amazing! Prices to me are more than fair considering the quality of their food!
Hit the drive thru, thought I'd try a new spot. Ordered a chicken finger plate. Ate directly in the parking lot as I was too hungry to drive a mile home with it. Figured that'd be best anyway and it would be fresh. Got charged over $13 for three tiny little chicken strips that were more akin to nuggets and were nearly cold as if they had been under a heat lamp for about 2 hours, same with the fries and cheese sticks. Awful experience. The dive thru girl was nice though. But yeah, even if it had been hot, still would've not been worth the money. Nothing special about this place in my opinion. And I'm not one to often leave reviews but this was ridiculous and if I can save someone 13 bucks in Joe Biden's economy, so be it.
Great Mrs. Mary Williams she is a little over 60 at the prime of her life blessed. She is from a different generation and treated us like you want to be treated. Like we and our business matter.I don't believe she ownes the restaurant no doubt she is a keeperShe has a genuine smile and a great personality. Provided Great service and made us feel welcome.I'm not knocking the younger generation it's just it's not often you get this level of respect and heart warming experience.The food was good as always my wife and I had a good time.If you get a chance drop in and visit with Mrs. Mary you will smile and feel better and hopefully enjoy your meal and day.
The ? ? Wings are delicious. I have ordered the same kind of wings 3x and have enjoyed eating them each time. My wife and kids tried one or two and wanted to trade dishes. Of course, I said no. They have tried other flavored wings with no complaints but only satisfaction. Drive thru is a bit ? and a time they shorted me a number of wings but that was an easy fix. The dining atmosphere is relaxing. Thank you for the food.
Five stars to the staff working their behinds off. Three stars for wait time in drive thru. One star for the wings that had a rubber-like texture. You would think for a place that had “chicken fingers” in the name itself, the chicken would be unique in taste and fresh in entirety. The taste of the tenders combined with the sauce makes me feel like I’m eating at a generic Raising Cane’s… in my opinion I don’t think their food is worth the price they’re asking for. But I will say, Jim Bob’s has an excellent staff.
My wife really likes this place. She enjoys the fried chicken fingers and house chicken sauce is one of her favorites.She does not like the slaw, so she would rate it 4.5 stars. The vinegar too strong for her.Jim Bob's also does grill chicken which my Mother in law prefers.They also have wraps, chicken wings, salads and burgers so a crowd of folks can find something to eat.I pick this place when meeting friend because the food options and the out door seating.The Columbus location has a covered patio with ceiling fans and about 5 or 6 tables that sit 4 people each.
The atmosphere was clean and friendly. The concept was great.The fries were not fully cooked. Originally the wrong order came to our table. Incorrect order (6 instead of 12) was returned to kitchen and the wings that came out were not fresh. I asked the young lady at the counter if they were the same wings and she said she didn’t know with great indifference as if I had interrupted her visit with the rest of the staff.
Got the 3 piece chicken strip snack with fries and they were cooked really good. Lots of variety on the menu from chicken strip, to wraps, catfish, shrimp and wings. Lots of choices to eat. Restaurant was very clean.
