Nothing wrong with the taste. It’s the workers. I took my son in to Jeremiah’s @ Banks the other day. I ordered a strawberry + chocolate gelati for myself and I got him blueberry + vanilla. Immediately the girl says they don’t serve strawberry. I looked at her and then the screen. She said “hold on” and then looked and came back saying “I guess we do serve strawberry.” Then I told her again “okay great. A strawberry + chocolate gelati and also a blueberry and vanilla.” Get our stuff and I have strawberry + vanilla. By that point I didn’t want to make my 5 year old wait because we were both hot from being at the park so I just took it. It’s not a huge deal but frustrating when you pay for something and you don’t get what you asked for.

Great variety of flavors with a fresh taste. Sizes are larger than you would expect, considering the price.
Absolutely loved my ice, it was so good. I only gave 3 stars because our customer service was not the best. The young woman was on the phone, and interested in other things instead of her customer's.
