Ihop is always a great experience for me! I had invited a friend to brunch, and she decided to show up late; I was gone by then. The staff were very understanding and the supervisor came to check on me before I left! Thank you Linda??
Food is always very delicious
This might be different in the mornings, since my partner and I like going on slow evenings for a quick (or not if we stay for more coffee) protein-based meal. The menu is customizable, and they're always on point with what's made: from the shell omelets, turkey bacon, crispy hasbrowns, specialty pancake toppings on side, hot sauces, extra cream for coffee, etc. Great seating options, kind staff, always consistently good.
Our food was good. The service was good. We had issues with one of our party being able to decide on her order. The waitress was very patient.
My 2 year old daughter and I had a very pleasant visit this week! Super sweet staff, good food, and quick service!!!! The establishment is clean and very well managed. Will be returning!
Great Omelette and good service.
Waited for over 10 minutes to have our order taken when the place was empty, only one other customer.. When the food came out, it was cold! I ordered double blueberry pancakes- yet there was only three blueberries in one and two in the other, which is ridiculous! My son ordered the New York cheesecake pancakes but again where is the cheesecake? The server didn’t even ask what was wrong with our food. Poor service, terrible food- I will never come back to this location!!
8 pm dinner. Short staffed but they managed with expertise and caring staff. Omelet was perfectly delicious.. All you can eat pancakes with large breakfast plate was enjoyed by my husband. Very attentive and accommodating staff. Large party was seated just before we walked into restaurant. 20+ men and teenagers boys who were hungry. One party of 2 seated just before us. We received our coffee and hot tess promply. Our food order was naturally del a yed because of large party but strain on evidently small kitchen staff. Our food came out with 3 minutes of large part receiving their food! Very impressed with overall service and quality of food @ Gateway IHOP in Columbus. GA Do not any staff personally.
Delicious there wasn't many people around 5pm which made it very fast service. My husband, kids and I enjoyed ourselves. Only down side was kids do not eat free anymore after 4pm, and the bathroom was out of paper towels.
The service was decent but all our food was cold & the steak was super tough. We didn't eat much, just paid and left.. definitely not a good experience
