First time here. Came for brunch on Sunday, moderately busy. Had to wait about 20 or so minutes. Indoor and outdoor seating as well as a bar area. Sat inside, took about 15 mins for a waiter to come over after sitting. Had Hudson's Paco's, chicken and waffles and two waters...$17 and $19 respectively. Way over priced based on the size and taste of what was received. The Paco's or pancake tacos were broken on the bottom so basically had to put them on the plate, which was just three small pancakes with a little bit of egg, sausage and bacon and a drop of maple syrup, no flavor. The Paco's were barely warm but the plate was scolding hot for some reason which was odd. Chicken and waffles was chicken strips and a waffle, also slightly warm. Again, overpriced, the wait is expected anywhere on a Sunday but the wait for a waiter after sitting was not good. I'm curious if the dinner here might be better based on other reviews but after this experience, not sure I wanna chance it.
The food and drinks were pretty good! Our server was very nice and attentive. We did have an hour wait to be seated. If you go get there early. The atmosphere was very inviting!
.Went to Hudson today for my friends birthday, we came from Montgomery & Hailey was our server...she was OUTSTANDING! I had the Red Velvet Chicken & Waffles with a side grits...THE GRITS! THE GRITS! THE GRITS! The grits were so damn good! The chicken was dry & the waffle was ok. Next time I'm going with the grits only! The margarita flights were AMAZING! And the burst shot was FIREEE!
Terrible service, rude staff, poor presentation, disappointing food, unpalatable cocktails. I've been to Hudson's 3 times and they've gone down hill with each visit. The sticky tables are disgusting and off-putting. I'm a firm believer in supporting local businesses which is why I returned. I won't be returning a 4th time. I'm done hoping it'll get better.
Enjoyed my first visit to Hudson's at Main Sunday The atmosphere is amazing, love the selfie station, the bartenders are genuine and you can tell that they like what they do, and the food is delicious. I had shrimp and grits and a delicious mixed drink that I let the bartender decide and I loved it. Will return soon!
I will definitely return. The staff was absolutely amazing and the food was just as amazing, I have absolutely no complaints!!!!

On Saturday I had the pleasure of enjoying this gem while in town for a wedding. We arrived around 10:30 am and had about an hour wait, it wasn't to bad as it was a nice day out. We went and our server was so sweet and funny and gave great recommendations for my mimosa flight, a must have! We each ordered different dishes so we all could taste different items. I had the packs, very delicious. My sister had the red velvet waffle and chicken, I would definitely order myself. The chicken was seasonEd and cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with the waffle. My husband had the salmon and grits plus shrimp which the flavor was sooooooo good, but for the price the portion was way to small. All in all if in town I will definitely return but more aware of what to order or try next time.
This place produces some of the best brunch in Columbus. From the potatoes on the side to the red velvet waffle, all of it was exquisite. I highly recommend this restaurant. Our server Meghan was very sweet and kind. She checked on us constantly and made sure everything was perfect for us. Thank you Meghan, and thank you Hudson’s at Main Street
