Well first I just want to say excellent experience from start to finish! I think our server was Michael and he was awesome ?? the food was hot and fresh, wings could've been fried a little longer. They were a bit soft but tasty and my shrooms were fresh and hot, salad was yummy! I give it a 9.3/10 oh and let's not forget my peach Long Island ? yummers! Thanks to our server, he was so patient with me especially because I knocked over a glass of water!
Me and my husband decided to go here today and he's has never been to Houlihans but I have but it has been a long time since I've been there. When we walked in we waited like 10 min before we were even acknowledged or seated. There was hardly anyone there. Once we were seated the waitress got our drink orders. She was really sweet but she never came and asked if we wanted drink refills or anything. We both ordered a burgers (they were different burgers) he loved his burger but I didn't like mine. It wasn't good at all it tasted burnt and just had a different taste to it. The place was so dirty. I will not be getting another burger from this place. I could have gotten a better burger from burger king. This place is way overpriced to. The owner or management needs to make sure the place is being run right. Cause I can assure you that it isn't.
Columbus Marriott is a historic hotel with a fun restaurant attached called Houlihan's! Nice atmosphere with plenty of room at the bar, and an outdoor area if you're willing to brave the GA heat. I've frequented a few of times and have enjoyed their fried mushrooms, chicken piccata, club sandwich with fries, and salmon Caesar salad. They definitely have something for everyone on the menu. But my FAVORITE way to enjoy Houlihan's is just sitting at the bar having a drink and chatting. KayK is an amazing bartender who I can always trust to give me a delicious drink that packs a punch but hides the alcohol well. My favorite is definitely a hibiscus tea cocktail with gin and sour- so refreshing! So make sure you stop by the bar during your stay and enjoy yourself!
The food is top notch, and the wait staff & management are amazingly personable and hardworking. Be ready with some patience here, as is needed everywhere these days, because short staffing might make a wait even longer than normal, especially if your conference main hall gets out all at one time, which generates an impossible situation in any case!Have a backup carb in your pocket or purse if you medically have low blood sugar, but enjoy the anticipation otherwise. ... Worth the wait!Fave bfast dish, from a great chef, was today’s quiche. I insisted on taking pic of wonderful waitresses who opened it today… more abound!Was in town for conference so ate here several times. Dine in and carry out. Awesome salads all week, and cheesecake was to die for. Sorry no pics… I ate them all too fast!Waiter Chance helped me out by suggesting loaded mashed taters at the end of one particularly long day, when baked was no longer an option. Fabulous idea! Ultimate comfort food! Sooo tasty!
Houlihan's has been such a bright spot in our stay at the Columbus Marriott. The food is awesome and the restaurant staff is even better. Extra special shout out to Marcus Alexander, who made the experience for our kiddo extra special.

ruined senior prom. told us that they put a reservation down for us & when we arrived said they didn’t have it. and would not seat us.
Husband and I went to dinner and were very surprised with how great this place was. We recommend the chicken picatta and the stuffed chicken. Our service was so great and kept our drinks full.
Chiiiiiile we had a BLAST! Our server DAMARIS was utterly phenomal! Fantastic poise and customer service, she made our experience A1! The food was DELICIOUS!Houlihan's most assuredly passed the vibe check. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this restaurant if you plan to visit Columbus, Ga.
HOULIHANS WAS PHENOMENAL!!!! THE ATMOSPHERE WAS GOOD THE SERVICE EXCELLENT AND OUR SERVER DAMARIS MADE IT ONE TO REMEMBER!!! I WILL NEVER FORGET THIS PLACE BECAUSE OF HER!!! WHENEVER I COME BACK IN TOWN I'LL MAKE SURE TO SING ANOTHER BIRTHDAY SONG!!!!
