I only ordered 1 egg roll at drive thru an there was no line, it took 20mins. to get it. I woulda never waited this long, but after the cashier took my money at window, it seemed like he disappeared! ?
Super fast service and they were extremely busy. Drive-thru only at 8:40pm and they close at 9pm. They had someone outside with a tablet taking orders because the line was so long. This really did help to speed up the process and keep everyone moving. Job well done! The food was delicious as it always is and it was still hot by the time I made it home 20-25 min later. I will say the proportions have definitely been cut WAY back. I always get a side of rice (didn't get a picture before it was gone) so I can share it between 2 littles and normally I will have more than enough leftover for my lunch the next day...... Unfortunately that is no longer the case. I will have find something else for lunch?. I opened the container and couldn't believe they only put what looked like 2 scoops of fried rice in that big white to go container, it barely covered the bottom of the box and normally it is close to full. My dumplings hit the spot and the steak bowl wasn't as full as it usually is either. We will not let this 1 bad experience stop us from eating there again soon but they have 2 more chances then I AM DONE GIVING THEM MY HARD EARNED MONEY! 3 strikes and you're out.
The food is ok, has a homemade taste to it and they give you plenty of food, but something about it makes me feel that this place is not sanitary so I didn’t finish my meal, and after reading the reviews I guess I was right. I love the fact that they have a drive-thru and service is quick but I will not be going back, my health is more important than a quick meal.
Fast friendly service with great food. The steak and rice are off the chain... stop and try it out you won't be sorry I promise

Food is usually good with the added Yum Yum sauce. I have seen parts of the kitchen and it looks pretty gross at times. Also they make you sign a receipt that no other drive-thrus do. I will still visit occasionally, I just wish it looked better so I have confidence in the food. They have also been closed on the inside for a while, just like Zaxbys next door.
Went through the drive through, and inside the place it looks so disgusting! They have some sort of sheet up so you cant see the full kitchen, bc im sure its just as gross as what you can see behind the drive through window! They scoop everything out of buckets! Nothing is fresh!! Just the look of the place was enough for me to drive off and not get my food! Ew

I eat at this place atleast once a month! it has always been my favorite! service is always excellent and the food is always amazing! I will always come here! the price you just can’t beat! ?
I just came through the drive through and asked for hibachi steak with no veggies and spring rolls and egg rolls. I got veggies on my plate and no egg rolls or spring rolls. Don’t go there !
