This place really did live up to the hype!! All they do is chicken and they are damn good at it!! Not over breaded, not dried out and it was HOT! As a bonus, the music was awesome!!!! It was a mixed bag of artists. In the time we were there, they played LeeAnn Rymes "How Will I Live Without You" , Will Smith "Gettin' Jiggy With It" , Beck "Loser" and Ozzy "No More Tears". We absolutely loved the entire experience!!
My husband and I stopped in today for lunch and really enjoyed our visit. Food was great as always but Felicia McFarland, the cashier, is what made this trip extra enjoyable. She was very pleasant and had great customer service. She made us feel welcome and appreciated for patronizing the restaurant. She was working both the inside cash register and the drive-thru but gave each customer her attention. Great employee. Wish more restaurants had folks like her.
I love Guthries for a few reasons. They stick to just basically chicken and fries. They know what they do best and it keeps the line moving about five times quicker than Zaxby's. Honestly the chicken is better and so is the sauce. It's usually about nine bucks with everything. I love the simplicity and the speed of this place. Also the employees have always been extremely courteous.
Good food. I only gave it 4 stars because the drive thru takes a long time. I don’t understand why when the menu isn’t extensive especially compared to other fast food joints. I’m guessing they are understaffed. Other than that, very good food.
at first i loved Guthrie's and i still do but they advertise hot and fast but yet most time when i go I'm sitting in the drive thru for 30 min sometimes just to get warm soggy food. Then the other half of the time i don't even get what I ordered and have to correct them 2 or 3 times. the service had gone down since opening.
Great service. I came through the drive through in uniform and they gave me a military discount without me asking. My food took a few minutes to cook so they gave me a free sweet tea while I waited. Great staff, will definitely go again.
I am blown away. This food was so good. Drive thru cashier wasn’t nice at all. She never greeted or gave me my total which was odd, but nevertheless the chicken tenders were phenomenal. Sauce and toast were delightful as well.. it was fresh and hot also.. can’t wait to eat here again

Demetrius went beyond what he needed to do. His attention to request was fantastic. Incredible customer service!!! He welcomed us in and made us feel at home. When we left he said thanks for coming by. Fantastic crew. Awesome food and delicious sweet tea. We will be back. Great atmosphere.
I have eaten a lot of chicken fingers in my life. Hands down, the best I've ever had! Team is friendly and are enjoying their job. If your having a bad day, head over and I promise the staff will have you smiling and happy by the time you leave! The food is just great!I promise you will get hooked!
