I ordered a milkshake that was made by a new employee ( not her fault) when given to me it had the consistency of milk, tasted like straight milk. When I asked the manager I’m assuming Bc she was bossing everyone around ( she has dark brown hair tan colored skin) if she could make it any thicker she said no Bc that’s just the consistency of their ice cream? I said so your ice cream is basically milk? So not only did I pay 7 dollars for a milkshake that was thrown away, I was offered no refund no item replacement no apology nothing.
Not impressed with this place, too much milk used in the milk shakes, the wait seemed a little long for the amount of staff working and when did cash become a currency not acceptable for purchasing good. Sorry but not going back.
Went in to buy 1 cookie and a bottle water they said they were not accepting cash . I ran to my car to get my card when I came back they had sold my water bottle to the next customer and informed me that it was the last one . Very unprofessional and the manager had a very nasty attitude.
A1 since day 1 , best cookies and ice cream in Columbus , hands down gotta try it

My son chose to come here for some ice cream on his birthday because we had seen the Majestic Shakes advertised online. When we got here, we immediately looked for them on the menu and found them. We started to order them, but we were cut short by the employee assisting us. She informed us that they didn't make those items anymore. It was disappointing because we specifically came here for them. There wasn't an apology or any suggestion of similar items, flavors, etc that we could order. My son enjoyed the shake he ordered which is why I'm giving three stars. We will most likely chose one of the other dozen ice cream locations in the area for future outings.
Paid 16 dollars for two regular size shakes, one was a snickers end the other was a cereal (fruit loop ) shake. Both tasted like vanilla ice cream and that was it. I couldn’t even take more than a few sips without feeling completely let down. A huge waste of money and time I will not be back.
Swiss chocolate ice cream was very good.
The female manager should be fired who worked on Sunday 21Mar2021. Tried to get an ice cream cake made for the next day, immediately denied by the manager and that’s fine bc it was last minute. As I was asking the employee to write a simple happy birthday on a pre made cake and for them to just hold it till the next day the manager grabbed it and bc she was piping for other orders said ill just get it out of the way now and acted so frantic about wanting to be lazy even the employee said to basically chill bc I was trying to pick it up the next day. Good thing I asked to see it after bc the piping tip was so big for the smaller size cake I chose that you couldn’t even read it. The manager obviously doesn’t understand quality. It’s shameful. No honor in the work that you do is the reason why there are stereotypes. While she made excuses when I asked if she thought that was acceptable to give to someone I had to look away. I told her to keep that cake. And tbh I shouldn’t have even asked for a different one. Dairy Queen is better. Feel bad for the younger females working there. Must be annoying to work with a low speed manager.
