First time attempting to come here. Upon walking in I wasn't greeted at all. It was completely empty inside and two workers at the register but again no one said anything. So I just spoke to them but instead of greeting me back they just stared. Seeing as this was my first time seeing their full menu I just started to look over it to decide what to order and when I looked back at the two workers they looked at each other and laughed. Not once did they ask if I needed a recommendation. Not sure what made them laugh either as this interaction lasted less than 2 minutes. I just turned around and left as I refuse to give my money to a business that clearly could care less about their customers.I would definitely urge the company to do a refresher training ASAP as this behavior could be detrimental in the long run.Will not be coming back!
Love this place something different, the tea is really good, so many varieties, you are sure to find something that will tantalize your tastebuds. A bit pricey. The people are really nice and helpful.
The milk tea here is authentic, tastes great! Highly reccomend. I've lived in LA and been to China, this place is still probably one of the best I've had
Drained my tea fast! Love this place found it on Christmas Eve! Their bubble tea knocks all the other Local Bubble teas out of the park! Best tapioca or poppers, price definitely worth it.
love this place. my grand daughter and I come here often, Hong Kong Mango is my favorite. staff is always so patient and helpful.
The passion fruit green tea with the black pearls is delicious. So was the original waffle and the customer service was great. Very relaxing atmosphere and super cute!
Come on i understand employees issues all over. But to wait 30 min for a drink is just not acceptable.12 people inside and 1 person working.Taking care of customers and making drinks.I came in to get a teaNot food..
It's a clean and small little place that's fun to goto, we did have to wait longer than usual to get our drink but I would go here again
Aestheticlly pleasing! ? Very cozy environment with loving soft ambience. The staff were welcoming and were very quick and made sure i was satisfied with my order. (Try the strawberry milk tea with yogurt popping Boba). 100/10 will be coming back and recommending to all my friends!
The cashier was very nice and the drink was amazing. I love the inside decor it is very modern but cozy at the same time. 10/10 always recomend.
