As always the perfect sandwich. Customer service is great, place is clean and the sandwiches were out in five minutes. The best sandwich place in town.
Had a great experience at Firehouse today! I work for Rivertown Toyota and we picked up a catering order! The order was ready to go and everyone was very attentive! Would love to give a shout-out to Gabby she helped me and coworker get things out to our car and she was very nice helpful; best experience I have gotten at a restaurant in a long time! Definitely recommend this place!
Hey Team!Today has been a long day already! So of course I was looking forward to my lunch break. I was craving a meatball sub so I headed to get just that. Upon arrival I was greeted with all smiles and happy tones. The Firehouse Subs team quickly eased my mind and gave me outstanding customer service. Btw the food was great and now I have energy and an eased mind to finish my day. Way to go Firehouse! I’ll be back!!
This location is the best in town. They get busy during lunch but are always friendly and helpful. The food is always top notch as well.
I just ate here for lunch and I understand that this is a respectable business, but I don't know if it was intentional or not, I placed an order and the cashier was a red head, at least her hair is colored red. Unfortunately I had already eaten half of my sandwich, when I found a red hair from that cashier and I looked through the rest of the sandwich and there was a really long hair in that part...So I think I have to go and throw up. I don't know what I did to her or any of the employees but they gave poor service and I don't think I'll be returning there, which I'm sure they don't care, but a word to the wise or not wise: Remember to check your food when you eat there...
The service was slow but the food was good the best subs
I made an order over the phone I got there within 20 minutes my order was not ready two people in front of me ordered and sat down to wait for their order an order was ready before mine was so I asked after 35 minutes from the time I ordered did it not do any good to call in the order and the girl asked me what my name was I gave her my name and she said oh it's ready I understand short-staffed covid but somebody should have asked me If I had been taken care of.
I would not eat there again, we sat to eat & there were 2 employees moving boxes around slamming them on the ground right behind me, also the containers that the sandwiches come in, all 3 of them had condiments i guess that came off the gloves. Very dirty.
The sandwiches are fine maybe a little over priced but they are good solid sandwiches. Wasn’t a fan of the service also could use a good cleaning in the place. Food was fine.
So it was crazy busy with all the user eats people ect picking up food...but it was worth the wait. The sandwiches were so good
