Great experience. Nice people, great atmosphere. I really like how clean and efficient the place and service is!
This location is the best in our surrounding area when it comes to consistency on product and the service of staff. This morning we decided to visit inside. It was disturbing to encounter a disgruntled customer who was extreme with his reaction to missing a beverage on his window mobile order. He obviously did not check or verify his order at the window before pulling off. But to come inside and belittle the staff loudly while as busy as they were.on a Sunday morning was a very belligerent approach. I felt very bad for the team but they handled him with courtesy and did not engage his aggressiveness.Kudos to this team from a Customer Experience Manager with over 30 years in the customer care industry.
I go by here every morning I come to town to work and this store got like like a whole group of new employees at one time several months ago and had to shut the inside down (only had drive thru working for a few weeks) so they could train everyone. They have come a long way and I think they are doing a great job. Every single one of them have a great attitude and are so nice. I always go inside in the morning because it is faster than the drive thru.
Dunkin donuts has the best donuts hands down. I stopped into this location to just get 2 donuts and the worker went on and on about how he is new to the area and trying to help people out. I just wanted my donuts. He said he has a bucket that he is collecting money to help people. He went to the back and got a bucket and held it out to me. I just wanted some donuts. But felt obligated to put money in. I didn't feel good about that whole encounter
This may sound really silly but I am from New England originally and live in Georgia now. There are very few Dunkin Donuts here compared to back home. A major disappointment to me is that there are 3 dunkin donuts in the city I live and only ONE of the shops consistently provides my favorite donut the way they have always made it. The other two have changed the way they make my favorite donut. The jelly donut. They have always used granulated sugar on the outside of the donut. I can attest that at least the dunking donuts on veterans parkway in Columbus GA now uses powdered sugar on the outside of the donut making it no longer as appealing as before. So far the one on Macon Rd still uses granulated sugar. I do believe Manchester Expressway has had either or just depends on luck I guess..Bring back the original jelly donut, for Dunks sake!
Yum, yum. Was so good. The folks at the location on Veterans Parkway are GREAT!! and very helpful. They gladly answer any and all questions you have.
This location is hit or miss for quality of products and service. My biggest pet peeve is no communication at the drive-thru order box, but the attitude when they have to speak makes me less and less likely to go. Today, I sat at the window for 5 mimutes without paying or anyone greeting me, and no napkins in the bag. I'll usually order online, but the app doesn't have customizations like "extra ice" for drinks or "well done" for food. I don't even ask at the drive-thru, since I don't trust they can handle it. Just wish there was more customizations like Starbucks and a more pleasant staff that wasn't cursing the whole time.
the girl at the window was so sweet, but i went after picking my dog up from the vet to get her a pup cup and myself a coffee and was told they don’t do pup cups. i asked if i could just add on a side of whip cream to purchase, to which i heard the manager tell the girl at the window “this isn’t starbucks”. i’ve been to multiple other dunkin’s and never had a problem getting a pup cup? i went to the one on manchester directly after and ordered nothing else but a pup cup and was given a cup of whip cream and a donut hole FOR FREE. i know working during this pandemic has been rough on everyone, but this just seems bitter. maybe the manager was having a bad day, but i don’t think that is an excuse to just be mean to people.
This Dunkin dead. Stood alone inside to order inside 10 minutes. Several walking around ignoring me and a lady at pickup with a lot of laughing in the back. Went to bathroom came back. Still nothing. Someone said I’m on drive through. So walked out. Can you give no stars?
I order from this particular location at least once a week for myself and the ladies in my office, I cannot for the life of me understand WHY they cannot make my coffee correctly. I have attempted to call multiple times to no avail, no one ever answers the phone at the store! We spend on average 25-60 dollars per order every time. We use the door dash app so we can’t choose a different location being this location is the closest to our office, I have to request a refund from door dash every time I order, it is so frustrating and disappointing. I understand that the whole world is short handed and people make mistakes, however when you spend a good deal of money on an order and all you want is your coffee to be correct, once or even twice I understand but not every time!
