My husband and I went here on July 30, 2022 at around 10 PM to get a dozen donuts for us to eat. When we got home the Boston Cream, and the Strawberry donuts were so stale that we wasted our money. I was hoping for nice an fresh donuts but that's not what we got. It took so long to order as well. I will not be going back to Dunkin Donuts on Manchester Expressway again. I'll be going to Krispy Kreme to get my donuts instead. Worse service as well.
Everytime I come thru the drive thru in my truck its hard for the ladies to hear me but Ms. Patel and the girl with the different colorful hair always make sure my frozen coffee with extra cream and caramel is on point...
Coffee and donuts are great. The sandwiches are good - but smell (and sometimes taste) of burnt plastic. Probably not too healthy. Don't know how they prep them but the plastic doesn't need to be involved.Also, the "wraps" are absolutely tiny. Like, kids meal tiny. Absolutely not worth it.
This location does not know how to make a coffee. With a cold coffee I asked for liquid sugar they gave me regular sugar which just settled at the bottom. Horrible coffee baristas at this location. Do not recommend
Terrible service!!! Gave the lady the money for my drink, few min later she told me that I didn’t give her my money even though I clearly did. I gave her the same amount of money AGAIN. The lady who took my order was very rude.
These folks really don’t care and you can taste it in both of our coffees i got, sourdough breakfast sandwich is good!
Awful service! I ordered an Iced Caramel Latte and I received straight up milk and sugar. The person that made my drink didn’t put in the coffee. I order the same thing every time I go to Dunkin and it tastes different every time I buy from here.
I went through the drive through and when I got to the window their was a lady setting at the window telling the other two employees to get the donuts I ordered. They were counting money and when the guy went over to get my donuts he did not wash his hands or put gloves on. When I said something he got an attitude with me. That’s disgusting and Unsanitary. Money has so many different things on it. We did not eat the donuts and two of them you could tell had been sitting out for a long time because of how they felt. Overall this Dunkin has gone down.
The prices have so high. Even though they make the best coffee, I paid 3.29 for a simple egg cheese on an English muffin. A small coffee cost me 2.00. Mcdonald's will have to do for now.
Sad to see this place go down hill. The skinny young man with the glasses needs to lose the temper. ( I don’t know his name). He gave me my coffee but he forgot I ordered the sausage egg wrap. I reminded him and he complained about having to make it. Nearly threw it at me when he handed it to me and slammed the window shut.
