They are super fast, but the workers tipped themselves 75 cents without asking me. I didn’t say anything because I’m really not going to miss 75 cents and just thought “wtf lol” when I left.
I come to the Macon Rd Dunkin' when I'm in town for business. The staff are always nice. Today I did not get the coffee I had ordered and didn't realize it until I was too far to turn back. When I called the store, the gentleman was super nice and apologetic and made arrangements to correct the issue. I will continue to stop by on my next visit! Be sure to drop by when you're over that way!
I walked inside and there was nobody up front to take my order for 5 minutes. I saw so many staff members and not one was placed up front to take care of customers promptly. Refilling donuts should not take priority over helping customers. I ordered a caramel machiatto and it tasted like pure sugar and syrup. As if it was sprinkled with coffee. Just terrible. My bagel was supposed to be an everything bagel but was I was given plain. It was hard and tasted like it was left out and old. This store is in dire need of a manager that can better direct staff. Everytime I go to this location, it is a disappointing experience.
The absolute worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to! I travel between Georgia and Tennessee for work and have never got such a bad order. The staff need to be retrained and definitely follow the proper way to make people’s coffee.
Best Dunkin in Columbus. I receive everything I order. Staff is professional, polite and timely.
When I told them "light ice" they put even more ice than the original even though we come and get the same thing everyday. The staff makes my everyday order different even though i order the same thing.
If I want anything prepared properly, it has to be after 2pm. That morning crew doesn’t care about your order and will give you what they want you to have. It’s a headache!!
Had me and one other car in the drive thru, took me 15 mins to get a shake and a grilled cheese. the grilled cheese was soggy end the shake was packed with ice and just watery. Absolutely dreadful experience would not recommend.
Drive thru lady was extremely rude. I pulled up to the window just now .. instead of greeting me she just yelled “america runs on dunkin” I guess that means hello lol. I told her “I just needed a minute to order” because I was trying to figure out which coffee I wanted.. I’ve only had SB coffee and wanted to try dunkins…. she replied with “I don’t got time for that”. Rude for no reason .. I guess she didn’t know her mic was still on .. I just had to back out the drive thru cause ain’t no way.
