Disappointing. The coolers are obviously iced over. Some of the flavors appear to have been melted and refrozen. None of the flavors are labeled. Asked for a sunday and was told they weren't doing them today. No sundays at an ice cream place? This place needs undercover boss. The franchise owner needs to come see what's going on here. Horrible to be looking forward to a treat and get this.
I submitted an order through the app for the drive through. After waiting for 5 minutes at the speaker with no greeting, I drove to the window. After a few minutes at the window, someone finally came to the window. I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to make my order, which was only a coffee. Keep in mind there were no customers inside and no other customers in the drive through. I stopped going to this location a few months ago due to slow service, but decided to try it again…only to find that service has become even worse.
No plain bagels, got the multi grain and it didn't taste that great only put cream cheese on one side of the bagel no knife to spread it on the other side. Will not get it again.
These girls know how to make a freaking iced coffee. Absolutely amazing and delicious every time. I always tip and y’all should too bc they deserve it. One morning I cried it was so good. I literally want to get them Christmas gifts just for making every morning of my life beautiful. Thank you so much to this Dunkin ? give these ladies a raise!!!!
NEVER GOING BACK be aware this woman was working drive thru and tried to steal my money I handed her a 10 dollar bill and she handed me 1 dollar and some change back I told her my drink was only 3.99 why do I only have a dollar she said I only gave her 5 dollars she literally argued me down about my money I handed her. I wouldn't go to this one every time it's something with my drink either being to sweet or no sugar at all and now it's my money and when a manager came and said let me check the drawer she said she put the 10 dollars where the 5s are supposed to go be AWARE I only come here because it's close to my home I work from home but I will go to Starbucks from now on I will take that drive instead of being mistreated and stole from. I am pretty sure this hasn't been the first time this happen to someone they way she acted and was very convincing that I handed her 5 with a straight face
Not fast. Be prepared to wait. Friendly but messy. My drinks & hash browns are good. Still wondering what kind of grill makes a grilled cheese sandwich without toasting the bread, like, AT ALL.
Only bagles they had were plain they were out of bananas so unable to make the smoothies. The staff were very friendly who ever does the ordering for this location needs to do better. Other than that the store is clean.
Placed an order in the app to be picked up in store.. when I got there the doors were locked and they had a hang written sign in small letter saying “drive thru only” so I got in the drive thru line. I would left if I didn’t already paid $10 for my meal. But I sat in the drive through like for 28 mins. Got to the window.. my coffee was completely made wrong, they kept coming to the window telling me they I don’t have anything.. they were rude and just nasty to me. I will never return to this location
This place shouldnt have the word donuts on it at all. You have to go at the crack of dawn to get a fresh donut. Dont come here go to golden donuts.....a staff member here referred me to golden donuts if you want fresh donuts. .....comedy
They did not were gloves and they wipes sweat off there foreheads and would touch there hair and pull there pants up and then grab the cups with there fingers in it? ther took FOREVER to make a simple order and we’re really lazy. Atleast they were somewhat nice.
