gave me one little ssa marinara sauce for a large order of cheese curds which i feel like they could’ve gave me another or told me the price for another.
My food was hot, fresh, and very tasty! The employees were polite, and made sure I was welcome! They asked me if my order was complete and suggested several sides which would have enhanced my dining experience.
DQ Grill exceeded my expectation when I notice my ? neatly wrapped with napkin so hand touched tomatoes sauce packages would not make contact. Nice!
We were in Columbus with our daughter visiting the CSU downtown campus and it was blazing hot. After we finished the tour we wanted something cold to cool us down so we looked up DQ and this location popped up. We stopped by on our way out to grab Blizzards. The staff was nice and the Blizzards were good.
Went through the drive thru and was immediately rushed to give our order. We asked for a minute and was asked three times what we wanted within that minute. When we started ordering we could hear the guy talking to people in the background the entire time, mumbling and complaining about us and we had to repeat our order multiple times because of it. Got to the window and order was incorrect and had to wait longer to get our food. Could see employees playing around within view of the window. They need training on customer service or at least make sure the mic isn’t on still if you are gonna complain.
The food and ice cream are great, but the prices are astronomical for what it is. I spent almost $70 on ice cream cake and five meals for my family. That was a shock.
1. Refuses to take digital coupon, wants a paper print out coupon.2. They no longer due the upside down blizzard... They do NOT honor it.*******A big company like this one, and they still dealing with PAPER COUPON, REFUSING DIGITAL COUPONS.*********Timevti find a different place to get my ice cream/ blizzards.What year are they living in??
The young lady was distracted by a young man employee and forgot to give me a spoon and napkin, and got an attitude when I asked for it. Need a little more customer service training
as you can see the lettuce tomatoes and pickles look gross i threw this nasty looking burger away the lady use her bare hands to touch my banana for my bananas split she probably didn’t wash her hands this place is nasty It’s funny that I have not been here in a while dairy Queen used to have fresh and hot food they change I don’t know maybe because today is Friday the 13th 2022
Wife and I got small sundaes. Took awhile but were tasty and cold.I inadvertently gave a bad review to this DQ location a day ago...the review was intended for a different DQ location in another city. It's my bad but wish Google reviews put location info in full view on review page.
