Literally the worst experience I've ever had in any restaurant. 1. Sweet tea was awful, so I asked for a coke. I was given a coke with dirt inside my drink. I asked for water...only took 20 minutes to get my drink replacement. We received our food and attempted to use the salt but couldn't cause ALL of there can't shakers have so much moister in it they are too chunky to use. Now to add a cherry on top, I overhear the staff cleaning a table for a family of seven coming in. Apparently, they don't use any soap or any form of sanitizer for clearing tables, just a spray bottle of water.

The food is very good. Not expensive there was a wait about 30 min. You can reserve if it's within 2 hours of when you call. They have a gift shop to browse through while your waiting a little pricey but very nice items. The staff was friendly. Definitely plan on going back to sample more on the menu.

Great meal and great service. Thanks to our server Kiersten for quick service on a great meal for my mom and I. Kiersten was very friendly and that makes a difference. Thanks also to Kristin at checkout. There was an elderly lady in front of us who had three or four Cracker Barrel gift cards and Kristin went through those telling the lady how much was on the cards. If I remember correctly one had no balance, one had just over a dollar and the third one was enough to cover her bill except a couple of dollars. The lady had previous receipts for use of the cards. Kristin took the time to explain. That is what I call tremendous patience! She never was short in her answers or never lost her cool. That was great to see. Thanks to both ladies!

Absolutely wonderful. From the food to the service. My grandfather was having a hard time getting up out he's seat and without hesitation Whitney helped even walked us out the door. Just talking and smiling. She was the sweetest. My server was just as amazing. Will definitely be going back soon.

I placed an order online for curbside pickup, at the time that my order was placed and paid for, it said I had a 20 minute wait. Then they said when you get to the restaurant park in curbside parking call the number and let them know you're here so I did that I drove to the restaurant I parked in the curbside parking and I called the restaurant and it was busy then I called it again and it rang and rang and rang and it finally said if you're here for curbside push one and let us know then I had to go on a wait and then it repeated itself three times never got to talk to a person when after fifteen minutes of just sitting and waiting I decided to go in and had to speak to two people before anyone could tell me what was going on and where my food was finally they said oh your food is on its way it will be out to you soon what number are you in I said I'm in too they said okay I waited another 10 to 15 minutes went back in the store ask where my order was and it was sitting on the counter waiting for me to come and pick it up because they don't carry it out to the car Even though at three different checkpoints they say they will bring it to the car My food was cold the people don't know what they're doing it's pure total chaos I would not go here.

This was my first time visiting a Cracker Barrel. I live in Florida, and although there are many CB there, I had never gone. We went on a Sunday around 9:00 am. Waiting time was about 15 min. Our waitress was Ebonee. She was great, she would pass by and make sure everything was fine. I ordered the Grandmas Sampler. The buttermilk pancakes were so buttery and delicious. I will definitely visit CB when I go back to FL.

The food was delicious as usual. Our waitress Kathy was terrific. Even had food to take home

Food was amazing and the staff was super efficient and friendly

Had a classic hamburger and some peach cobbler for dessert. The burger was in all honesty okay. The buns was dry and it could barely pass a burger. Not really any flavor present and the lettuce tasted a bit old. The peach cobbler didn’t pass the taste check either. The crust tasted cheap, the sugar tasted like sugar free sugar, and the peaches even tasted the same. Definitely didn’t taste like anything from what I remembered when I last visited Cracker Barrel.Quality 4/10 Taste 4/10 Presentation 6/10

At approximately 9:45 AM, I arrived at Cracker Barrel in a yellow cab. Upon arrival, I noticed the vast amount of vehicles in the parking lot. It was too late to go back, I had already paid $47.00 for the the cab. As I entered the store, I was forthright blown away by the welcoming in the country store. It was similar to the experience described by Todd Burpo in the New York Times best selling novel - Heaven Is For Real. Approaching the hostess’ podium, I was enthralled by the dialogue exchange between two elderly people! Wow! Decades of wisdom. Cracker Barrel really brings out the best of people. The elderly are the most valuable natural resource in our community, and Cracker Barrel is the best place to gain the infinite knowledge of things like The Vietnam War, or maybe even a 1971 Ford pickup. I almost forgot to mention, the youth! Seeing the kids line up to buy their first Clark bar with mom! Or maybe a Montana hat with dad! These are times that cannot be taken for granted. The total wait was about 20 minutes to arrive at our table. The workers inside Cracker Barrel worked with great haste to ensure everyone got to eat their mamas pancake breakfast this morning! Truly impressive. As I was directed to my seat, I was met by Joan, a waitress here at Cracker Barrel. Joan is a magnificent waitress. She brought us everything we needed almost immediately. Truly an expert in the field. Consistently checked up on us.After getting the food (French toast with scrambled eggs, no cheese, bacon and a plentiful amount of butter with a vanilla cold brew coffee for my beverage) I was posthaste blown away by the appearance, the flavor, the perfection. Phenomenal. The latte was impressive, to say the least. I drank it, knowing all too well that I’m lactose intolerant. I paid for that in the latrine soon after my meal was finished, which brings me to my next point. The latrines were spotless! I was more than comfortable on the toilet, thanks to the previously warmed seats and ample leg room. The only concern I had was a business card for some woman named “Kandiss” running for governor. Well, Kandiss. Kandiss place get any better? I doubt it!Or so I thought.Claire, a hostess I believe, held the door for at least 25 people walking in at once. Greeting them all and making them feel special. Cracker Barrel, you’ve done it again.
