I stopped in and got something peanut butter and it was delicious! It hit the spot. The customer service was on point. The staff was really friendly and kind. They had a lot to choose from the freezer section. I gave them 4 stars because of not being able to dine in still. I’m someone who enjoys dining out and not having to bring home anything. I really hope they start letting people dine back in. I highly recommend eating here if you enjoy good ice cream.

Drove over 20 minutes to be informed that the location is closing early tonight because the manager called and said to close early. Gas is high. The website says 10:30pm not 9:45pm. This is Not how you run a chain establishment. Called twice to speak with personnel, they mentioned they are out of half of everything. We’ll allow the customer to choose. Come on.
the store is disgusting. when they first opened it was so clean and so well put together and now it’s very obvious no one cares or the management don’t know what they are doing. all the employees barely speak loud enough to hear and are all rude when you ask a question. all of the ice cream is so melted it won’t even stay on the spoon to scoop into the bowl. the experience overall was not what it used to be from the first month it was open… it was a joke. i just got to who i bought the ice cream for and it is completely milk, i only was 2 buildings away from the store.
Who doesn't love ice cream!! So many different combos I can never choose easily. Got a "like it" mud pie mojo with a waffle cone. Get the smaller size so you don't over eat a sweet treet and use the waffle cone for dipping... Delicious!!! And they have a rewards program, so I got $5 off my order and they have a military discount but you can't use both together. I will always come back to this place!
Who knew ice cream could be this good. Minus 1 star for the wait. Only 1 lady working on 4/2/22 she was working hard to keep up but it wasn’t enough. I understand the workforce issue but owner/management should step up in return.
Giving a 3 simply because of the employees, they’re the best but I can’t give the overall place a 5. You can just tell the management in this place is terrible. Every time I come in it’s the same employees looking exhausted. Manager walked out and said “he had to take care of something” and left teenagers to take care of a busy store. They were also out of half the ice creams they offer. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place gets shut down by next year. Completely unprofessional.
I didn’t catch the nice lady who made our chocolate ice cream cake today (2/6/22) but she did an amazing job. Hours before I went to pick it up, she had texted to make sure what she had made was up to my standards and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’ll definitely recommend this place :) and thank you to the staff for their kindness
