No syrup for coke. Minimal on bar at 8pm although customers continued coming in. Manager stacking chairs and talking about closing soon even though website said 10pm. Sweeping rugs and floors around people trying to eat.
Unbelievable! Filthy, pasta and sauce had been sitting out so long it had hardened into what looked like congealed blood. No silverware and when we asked for some the girl at the register said she couldn't help us that there was none and there were only a few customers. None of the employees handling and touching food had plastic gloves on or hair nets. Absolutely sickening. We had to get up and leave due to the nausea and frustration. Girl was giving some customers water cups that they were filling with soft drinks for free.
Very short staffed. However, don't request a special pizza. You will wait for 30 mins or longer. I asked for a Chicken Alfredo pizza and requested it 3 times. No Cashier. The staff was rotating. We stood at the door waiting for quite a few mins. We arrived at 7:20pm. Be very patient grab a snack before you bring the family. It is Monday Night. April 4, 2022.
The staff was friendly, but there didn't seem to be enough people working. The cashiers undercharged us both times we went. The restroom appeared clean. Cold and hot bar items were mostly fresh and at the right temperature. The napkin dispensers were empty, and tables in the dining area needed to and cleaned. Overall a good dining experience.
We arrived just after 12:30 . Instead of informing us the entire buffet was empty and salad was all available they took our money. The tables were poor. The workers were more concerned with their own conversation than actual customer service. We were not given a time on when Fresh pizza would be made and ready. After what looks like production in the kitchen they place cheese sticks on the buffet. We were refunded for pizza but not drinks which is bullcrap on top of the horrible service and being there only long enough to fix a drink
Not quite sure what happened to this place. It used to be nice place to go. Today I went and the pizzas they had out were really old and should have been replaced with something fresh. The guy at the front counter was busy on his phone and not paying too much attention to what customers were saying. Not only that, he was exposing his underwear in the rear. His pants were pulled down in the back to expose his entire rear end. Completely uncomfortable experience there today.
Food was great, when it was available. Fresh out of the oven because the place was quite busy. Only had 3 people working that we could see. By the time we left there was 3 tables that were empty. As in a handful of diners and the rest of the tables needed cleared. Management needs to hire more employees or do something about staffing. Overall not a bad experience for us. Probably less than desirable for customers that got there as we were leaving.
These two men alone running a place during rush hour was awesome. One man was demanding special pizza and they said it would be few minutes. Guy went off saying we can't help it because you don't have it together. How rude every business is short staff now days. GET OVER YOURSELF ?. BE NICE OR YOU MAY END UP WITH NO FOOD PLACE OPEN. These men were doing their best!
Tables not bussed. Hardly any pizza on the counters. They closed at 10 pm and I was in there at 7:20. Told us the front section was closed off cuz they were shutting that section down. Requested for a pizza to be made at 7:20 when we got there and had to ask 3 times, also took over an hour to make. No one looked like they were concerned of the customer that kept coming in. A true lack of supervision from management.
If I could give it zero stars I would. The WORST experience I have ever had there. It use to be an awesome place to take your kids and the food was good and place was clean. It has went downhill so much!!!! There were more than enough workers there last night, but yet dirty plates and food all over tables. Floors were disgusting! Had a mop bucket just chilling in the middle of one of the aisles. It was disgusting!!!! Will not be going back ever again. Very disappointed in you Cici’s.
