Went to the drive-thru around 2:30/3:00pm, I ordered the 3pc dark combo (all thighs), and requested for my chicken to be cooked to order, as when I went the previous day, I was told that the chicken was 'just coming up' out the grease, though when I got home, the chicken tasted old and refried. When I asked for fresh chicken, three workers spoke through the speaker, one of them saying "What?!" in a very rude and ghetto manner. "What she said she wanted!" The person stated again in a ghetto manner. I repeated my order again and than drove around to pay. I wanted to see who this ghetto woman was that had so much to say about my simple, polite request, that when I got to the window, a gentleman was there, and I asked him who was the woman saying 'what' all loud and rude. He told me she was the manager. Smh. If this is how the manager responds to customers because of a request that they ask for, than it is no wonder that she is working at a chicken shop. I guess I can understand her frustrations, as I would be all rude and nasty too if I had to drop chicken for 8hrs a day to pay the bills... Learn proper etiquette.

The biscuits are good l, not flat like Popeyes biscuits, the chicken and ?️ are good
Was given old burnt chicken. I took it back and the guy said , “it’s not old, it’s the grease”.. How about changing the grease……..
Got there smoke house chicken. It was small,but had some good flavor.
Always fresh and personnel is always friendly (at least on my experience).
I always go here early in the day. The chicken is Fantastic.
The food was good but they forgot the biscuits and peppers I ordered
The chicken was delicious and freshly made. I received great value for my money.
Overall ok, but got a piece of thigh that was old chicken mixed in with the fresh. The piece was quite a bit harder than the other pieces.
