I pulled in today was having car trouble one of the workers came outside and directed me to move my car i told her I was having car trouble she said you need to push or do something because we don't wont anyone to drive in here and get mad because you in the way im a older women and I had my 3 small grandkids in the car with me so do you workers come outside and talk nasty to someone because they having car trouble so sad what the people in this world is coming to i pray for you

I DECLINED MY ORDER ASKED FOR A REFUND AND LEFT, THE FOOD WASN'T FOR ME BECAUSE I DON'T EAT CHURCHES CHICKEN ANYWAY I BROUGHT THE PERSON BACK WHO WANTED THE FOOD AND TOLD THEM TO GO INSIDE THE WENT AND CAME BACK OUT IMMEDIATELY THE MANAGER TOLD THEM THEY WASN'T SERVING THEM BECAUSE THE SEEN THEM GET OUT MY CAR I THEN WENT TO THE FRONT OF THE DOOR TO LOOK FOR A NUMBER I THEN WENT INSIDE A CARD OR A NUMBER‼️ THE PLACE WAS NASTYI THEN LOOKED FOR HEALTH INSPECTION PERCENTAGE AND IT WAS A 88 TWO POINTS AWAY FROM C‼️ AND that's on your best day⁉️ IT looked like a 48 today..and the attitude about the situation from the management was worse. If u care about yourself and what you put into your body especially from un clean people ‼️❌️⛔️?Do not, I repeat DO NOT EAT FROM THHIS CHURCHES CHICKEN ⛔️?❌️‼️
My son ordered a 12 piece chicken meal (accidentally ordering all spicy) on his phone app. We drove up to the place, went to the drive through speaker to let them know we were there. The snarling voice that erupted from that speaker was unintelligible, so I drove to the window. I tried to ask the manager if she could change the order to half-spicy, half original chicken, but was cut off in mid sentence with her snarling "You get it HOW YOU ORDER IT!! Park in front of the building and we'll bring it to you when it's done!"Feeling put off by her attitude, I did as requested...and we sat there for a good 20 minutes while two other customers walked in, got their orders (one was rather large) and left.We finally got our order; but when we got it home, the chicken appeared to be overdone, and the mashed potatoes were lukewarm, at best.If this is Church's idea of quality customer service, I'll take my future business elsewhere.
I ordered 8 pieces of thighs, $11.80. Kinda pricey. Employees were nice and friendly

The young lady who took me order was very pleasant... food was good and hot
I ordered the 7.99 special and ordered 2 sides of mashed potatoes. I was charged 3.99 each for both. The sign clearly states add a large mashed potatoes for $2 more. The lady said I wasn't specific when I ordered the two. Common sense will tell you a person wants the special. This is why it is very important to have an education. They argued me down and did not fix it or offer me anything at a $2 value.

Rude employees ....food was awful. The saying used to go that if you want to eat fast food, especially chicken, this Churches location WAS the best in town. I'm so tired of the excuses ...COVID...COVID....so COVID made the food terrible and the kings employees rude?I worked all th way through the pandemic but I didn't change the way I did things....especially being rude to my customers.
Clean establishment, food was fresh fried correctly fresh out the grease and drained properly. Everyone spoke when I walked in every one was hard working they had hot sauce too yall lol so that was a plus too and you didn't have to ask for any. I highly recommend this location ???
