The customer service is beyond ghetto. The staff present as if they do want to work and their actions are vulgar. To spend a over a $100 for a hour fun did not match the service. I will stick to Stars and Stripes

My grandson absolutely loves this place. He really has fun. The only down part is that half of the games do not work.

My son had a great time!!! Actually all the kids and adults enjoyed ourselves! (And it is reasonably priced!)

My 31/2 Yr old grandson’s first trip!

My daughter (Birthday Star) celebrated her birthday today even though it was 0n Wednesday and she had a blast as well as her baby brother. Despite the fact that my kids had fun I was aggravated throughout the entire party. There were other parties going on and the hostess had to be hunted down on several occasions. My party guests had a great time, only complaint we had was about how hot it was. We asked for boxes for our left over pizza and cake and seemed like forever to get boxes. My daughter's cake looked like it was just tossed on the sheet pan as it had crumbled before we even sang happy birthday. The party area was like a sauna, it was hot up to the point of being unbearable. If it wasn't for my daughter wanting her party there I would've left early but she wanted the entire experience. My guests were asking about drinks and I had absolutely no idea what to tell them due to me not being told about adult drinks.. My family got our money worth but we won't be doing another package. It's not worth the sweat and aggravation. I barely got to sit down or even enjoy the games due to being asked about the party such as drinks and food. But seeing my daughter have a good time was enough for me.

I recommend buying the hour Pass which was $25 per person and we bought the Combo with a Pan of Pizza, fries and wings and yeah the whole $100 bill was gone. The salad was $14 when I went, not sure of the price now

Party host was horrible. Multiple parties were going on and all other parties had their party hosts attending to them. The party host for our party was nowhere to be found majority of the party besides cutting the cake. She did not interact with us unless it had something to do with paying for something. She did the literal bare minimum. I watched other party hosts see their guests and immediately activate their wrists bands and explain everything to them. Well, we sat at the table until the cake was brought and happy birthday was sung. After that, we still did not get instructions on wrist bands nor were they activated when we decided to just try them ourselves because the hosts wasn’t around. When speaking to the host about any situation she would go to the manager and come back. She did that three or four times rather than having the manager come speak and explain all at once. The party was great, the food was good, and the kids still had fun. The host could have made the experience a lot better by interacting. Seemed like she was shy, new, or just didn’t want to host our birthday kid. If she was new it would’ve been nice to know and made it more understandable. All of this coming from someone who just came to attend a party but did a lot of observing.

I was there for my great niece's oldest girl. She and the party kids love the games.

I decided to bring my daughter here for the first time and our experience was awful. The customer service was horrible, the food was overpriced, and the fries we ordered were burnt. To make matters worse, the band robot machines were not playing nor did we see the Chuck E. mascot on our visit (there was a sign that said he comes out every 30 mins on the hour). I don’t think I’ll ever return to this location.

I know for 100 percent that we got food poisoning from this establishment from their pizza. What’s worse is we contacted them via email and did not receive any response. There’s no telling how many have been sick since and apparently it is not a priority for them.
